When you eat egg tarts, do you like to eat the crispy tart the most? Or do you love that soft and tender tart core? When there is no puff pastry at home, we can make egg tart cores, which are pudding and have a richer flavor than egg tart cores and a silkier texture.
The pudding made today is coconut-flavored, and the entrance is a very rich coconut flavor. Friends who usually like coconut water will definitely love this pudding roast.

The materials used to make this pudding are very simple and only need 4 things:
4 egg yolks, 100 grams of coconut milk, 100 grams of milk, about 20 grams of sugar
Once we have these materials ready, let's start making them
First divide the 4 egg yolks and put them in a bowl, the yolks here will not be broken, but because I am too clumsy, I broke the yellow. But it does not affect the use, do not get the eggshell into it.
Mix the coconut milk and milk together, add the sugar and stir well.
The sugar particles are relatively large, and cannot be completely dissolved by simple stirring.
So we need to put coconut milk on the stove to warm it, mainly to melt the white sugar, but don't boil the coconut milk.
The temperature of coconut milk is too high, and the loss of nutrients in the milk will also have a great impact on subsequent operations.
Bring the warm boiled coconut milk along the wall of the bowl into the yolk
Stir one side at a time
If you had boiled the coconut milk just now, you would have got a bowl of egg flower soup by now.
There are a lot of bubbles remember to sift once
There are also some small bubbles that are skimmed off with a spoon
When you're done, you can pour it into a paper cup
Don't use that soft paper cup
Being able to stand on its own is a qualified small paper cup
Ordinary drinking water paper cups are not OK, you should use the kind of high temperature resistant baking special small paper cups
An 8-point full is almost the same
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake in the middle for 25 minutes.
If the surface burns faster, bake for 20 minutes
Eat it after it has cooled completely, it is too smooth and tender. The coconut milk tastes great.
There is no oven to steam, steaming on water for about 15 minutes, it is coconut milk stewed eggs.
There are always more ways than difficulties.
