Dreams are like mountain climbing, when we are far away from the hustle and bustle, forget everything, climb up to achieve self-transcendence, that kind of brilliance and glory also tightly envelops ourselves and guides the way forward.
Six years ago, I watched a 3D movie with my grandfather in the movie theater, and although the 3D effect of this movie was not good compared to other blockbusters, it was the first and only time in his life for my grandfather.
The film, titled Desperate Altitude, is based on the 1996 climbing of Mount Everest by two expeditions, during which they encountered a massive storm that killed eight of their team members. When I saw the thrilling scenes, Grandpa kept saying, it's over, it's over, they can't hold on, it's over, it's over, they can't go back...
Unexpectedly, a year later, Grandpa also left me forever because of a safety accident!
Because of this, six years later, I still remember the movie and the person who watched it, and at the same time, I also deepened my understanding and became interested in mountaineering.
But there is a question, some people leave a good land and do not go, why do they have to climb that mountain full of dangers?
Rock Sheep founder Rozy Geshe once told the answer:
"Because those who continue to climb the dangerous peaks of fate have the hope of reaching the peak of glory."
At the foot of the Aba San'ao Snow Mountain in 1999, a 16-year-old shepherd boy, Kham hanzi Rozhi Geshe, was exposed to the outdoors because he had worked as a guide and porter for an expedition to Otana. And he fell out of love with it, which also gave him the dream of starting a rock sheep outdoor expedition team.

In 2000, Shepherd Boy launched the first best outdoor line of San'ao Snow Mountain, "Basgudo Sacred Mountain".
In 2001, the shepherd boy welcomed the first batch of guests, and then he joined forces with Peng Chu, Dong Zuo, Angen, etc. to establish the San'ao "Snow Mountain Horse Gang".
From 2001 to 2008, it was a few years of rapid development, not only the team was stronger, but also welcomed many tourists from Korea and Japan. They have also pioneered more routes to climb snow-capped mountains, expanding commercial climbing services to 5,000 meters, 6,000 meters, 7,000 meters, with the slogan:
"Let more climbers stand on the top of the snowy mountains!"
In 2012, Yanyang Outdoor was officially established, and the former shepherd teenagers finally formed a Chinese mountaineering expedition. In the years that followed, under the leadership of Geshe Rouge, rock sheep's record was constantly refreshed, creating more climbing routes.
In 2019, a new movie to climb Mount Everest, "The Climber", was released, which is very similar to "Desperate Altitude", and later learned that the alpine technology of this film is directed by rock sheep outdoors.

The growth of a team really needs to be complete in terms of time and place and multi-faceted factors in order to achieve temporary success. The reason why the word "temporary" is used is because any accident will knock everyone back to the same place, or even lose their lives.

There are many tools that can be used for communication, such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radio, WeChat, QQ, etc., but once it comes to team communication, the drawbacks of these methods are also revealed.
In fact, the management of chemical plants has a lot in common with mountaineering, in work and life, in the process of chasing dreams, there will always be some difficulties and bitter points, the key is what to do?
In any chemical plant, safety management is a top priority and is at the forefront of all work!
But managing safety is not something that can be explained clearly in a word, it requires everyone's participation, every post, every action must be involved, communication and cooperation, in order to achieve this temporary security goal.
Last month, the 100-kilometer cross-country race of the Yellow River Stone Forest Mountain Marathon in Gansu was held because of communication and cooperation problems. When abnormal conditions occur, adjustments cannot be made in time and communicated to everyone in time, thus paying a heavy price of many casualties.
Similarly, if Yanyang Outdoor wants to further develop, it has been very difficult to rely on the previous communication and collaboration methods alone. This, Rygshe, is well aware of this, which is why their climbing team has maintained zero accidents over the years.
But there is no end to the safety work, and it can never be evaluated with the word "no problem", because all safety is temporary!
In the past, mountaineering relied on experience and relied on a sense of responsibility, but this management method was undoubtedly backward. To this end, Rozh Geshe is also very nervous, and has also introduced some management elites, but has not been able to fundamentally solve the problem and eliminate hidden dangers.
Until later, Rock Sheep Outdoor added a new partner - Xiao Hei, who is Xiao Hei, and there is not much explanation here. As a senior executive of the French adventure company HUWANS, an outdoor sports bull who has conquered many snowy mountains, he resolutely returned to China to join the Rock Sheep Outdoors, and opened the Rock Sheep Wild Luxury Hiking Camping Route and the upgraded mountaineering route.

The first step, the adjustment team should do a good job of equipment inspection reminders before departure, physical health information collection, etc.; the second step is to cooperate with the team to match the equipment to avoid various risks that may occur, such as avalanches, slides, etc.; the third step is that the logistics team prepares material transportation plans, timely matches transportation materials, and ensures that guests have food, clothing, housing, and transportation.
This set of processes is cumbersome to document, but it is much simpler to use the OKR management method. In this way, whether you are in base camp or on the way to climb, you can keep your personal goals aligned with your organization without abnormal situations.
