Appropriate amount of beef brisket, one radish, appropriate amount of peppercorns, four or five slices of ginger, one green onion, appropriate amount of coriander, salt, appropriate amount, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate or chicken essence, a spoonful of cooking wine
