Bai Han, assistant judge of the Second Criminal Division of the Intermediate People's Court of Nanning City, is currently the first secretary of the party organization stationed in Wulang Village, Yongzhou Town, Mashan County.
Wulong Village is located in the DashiShan District in the east of Yongzhou Town, Mashan County, in 11 scattered natural tuns, a total of 409 households and 1781 people live, most of which are Yao, and the per capita arable land is only 0.34 mu. At the beginning of 2019, 39 households and 160 people still failed to get out of poverty, and they were still listed as poverty alleviation villages in 2020. Adjust poverty alleviation targets
As the first secretary of the "halfway takeover", after Bai Han arrived at his post, he took the initiative to integrate into the cadres and masses of Wulong Village, and quickly improved the awareness of the masses by making contact cards, village commitment fans, and team member information calendars; through visiting poor households through households, heart-to-heart talks, mass earnest talks, and tripartite meetings, etc., he won the trust and support of poor households and villagers in a short period of time.
According to the plan at the beginning of 2019, Wulong Village is still the last village in Yongzhou Town to plan to get rid of poverty until 2020. After Bai Han arrived at his post, on the basis of finding out the village conditions and people's feelings, comparing the poverty alleviation standards of poor households with "eight have one super" and the "eleven have one below" hat removal standards of poor villages, comparing and identifying shortcomings item by item, studying and formulating strong foundations and short board measures, and proposing to strive to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation and hat removal in the whole village in 2019. The 12 households without houses and dangerous old houses were all included in the 2019 dangerous house renovation project, but in the process of project implementation, some farmers did not start the construction process smoothly due to the lack of construction land and lack of construction funds. The family of a farmer in Nonglaotun is a brick and tile old house, which can no longer be lived, the family members are only 2 orphans in school, and the uncles who usually take care of the lives of the two are working in Hainan, and it is difficult to start the work of demolishing the old and building new ones in danger. To this end, Bai Han and the party branch secretary made a special trip to visit Nong's school and talked earnestly with him about building a house at home; he repeatedly called Nong's uncle and asked him to return to the village from Hainan to visit his relatives, took the opportunity to understand the reasons, jointly studied the plan, implemented the construction aid funds, and finally successfully mobilized the second uncle of Nong to return from Hainan to help the two orphans carry out dangerous reconstruction and construction, and built a set of brick-concrete structure stable housing, so that the two orphans had their own safe place to live. In order to solve similar problems, Bai Han won a special fund of 93,000 yuan from the Nanning Intermediate Court, a backing unit, and assisted 11 rural households to improve housing safety. By the end of October 2019, with the end of the Battle of Housing Security in Wulang Village, the standard rate of stable housing in Wulang Village reached 100%, achieving full coverage of stable housing.

Solve the problem of household registration of poor children
There are 4 poor children in Wulong Village who have not had a hukou, the hukou needs to do a paternity test, the paternity test is expensive, and these children are mostly left-behind children of single-parent families, and it is difficult for the birth parents to return to their hometowns to cooperate with the work, so they have not been able to solve it for many years, and the largest of them is 13 years old. For this historical problem, Bai Han did not wait for the unreliable, took the initiative, raised the 7,000 yuan of love money required for paternity testing from the society, repeatedly went to the door, called the guardian, and the ideological work of the birth parents, and successfully mobilized the birth parents to return to their hometown to apply for the child's household registration. On July 1, 2019, Bai Han personally led 4 children and their parents to the Nanning appraisal agency to complete the paternity test, and then led them to the county hospital to apply for a birth certificate, and successfully helped the 4 children to register well at the police station to ensure that they can smoothly enjoy education, medical care, employment and other security policies in the future.

In order not to fall behind this indicator, that night, Bai Han and the party branch secretary went to the door to do ideological work; at about 5 o'clock in the morning of the next day, After Bai Han and the party branch secretary met at the students' homes, they drove to Nanning to transfer to the train, and then took the car after arriving in Foshan, until the trainees were sent to the Jiujiang Vocational and Technical School in Nanhai District, and they made handovers with the participants and leaders and completed the enrollment procedures. At the beginning of 2019, The most populous village in Wulong Village, Nong'etun, had not yet achieved tap water, and the masses relied on their own wells and surface water to solve the water problem. In October 2019, the water quality of Dingtaitun people's drinking was turbid, and in December, the water source of The Ertun people's drinking water was depleted, and Bai Handu reported to the relevant departments at the first time, and assisted the town government to do a good job in water delivery, and jointly studied solutions with the technical construction personnel of the water conservancy department to solve the problem in a short period of time, restore water use, and ensure the safe use of water for the masses.

Increase the collective economic income of the village
