Her name is Wu Xiaohui, she is a Bijie weaver who currently runs a small restaurant in an Anshun Huanxiling Steel Market, and the child in the video is her daughter Gao Jiajia, 9 years old, in the second grade of BlackStone Primary School in Xixiu District, Anshun City.

Underwent 9 surgeries
