Ma Wen, male, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a deputy county-level researcher at the Luohe Municipal Audit Bureau in Henan Province. He has published more than 1,000 poems, drama sketches, music art, essays, reportage, papers, etc. in newspapers, magazines and the Internet, and has won many awards. He has successively published novels such as "Heroic Spy War", "Director of the Audit Bureau", "The Adventures of Ma Xiaobao", "The Legend of Chen Xingju, the Prefect of Taipei", "Yue Muwang, God of War", etc. He is currently an advisor to the Luohe Poetry Association and a special consultant to Zhongyuan Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting. He is a member of the Henan Writers Association, the Henan Poetry Society, and the Chinese Poetry Society.

When he conceived a novel about Chen Xingju, he had a tumor in his head, and he underwent a major operation in 12 hours at Beijing 301 Hospital, and during the recovery period, he inserted a gastric tube and urination, lost oxygen, and wrote an outline by the quilt. Write during the War of Haocheng, due to excessive use of the brain, heavy bleeding occurred, and 800cc blood was transfused in the central hospital for rescue. The success of these two books is a kind of comfort to themselves and an explanation to the people of Luohe. Hearing this, the young reporters felt great admiration for Mr. Marvin.
