According to the boss, the proceeds from the sale of their sandwiches will go to a Chicago charity, a nonprofit organization that supports the Chicago Homeless Shelter, to provide educational support for homeless children in the United States.
PB& J Chicago is located in the west of Chicago, and interestingly, the name PB& J does not represent the sandwiches they sell (Peanut Butter & Jelly), but rather pizza, beer and jukebox (Pizza, Beer and Jukebox).
