On the morning of May 17, on the occasion of the 14th "World Family Doctor Day", the launching ceremony of the 14th "World Family Doctor Day" theme publicity activity in Xiping County was held in the Cultural Square of Erlang Village Committee, Erlang Town. The ceremony was presided over by Zhu Lina, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the County Health and Sports Commission.
At the launching ceremony, Ye Kaipeng, mayor of Erlang Town, delivered a speech for the event, and the heads of Renhe Township, Lumiao Township and Erlang Town Health Center made speeches on experience exchange.
In his speech, Yang Yaoyu, a fourth-level researcher of the county government office, extended his high respect and sincere greetings to the family doctors who stick to the front line at the grassroots level on behalf of the county government. He pointed out that in recent years, the county's family doctor service teams have adhered to the public health as the center, overcame difficulties around the service model, contract content, platform support, and improved quality and efficiency, and worked hard to provide professional, standardized and intimate contract services for the people in the jurisdiction, and better realized the signing vision of "usually health is managed, and service needs to be helped", which has won wide recognition and praise. As the backbone of primary medical and health services and the "gatekeeper" of residents' health, family doctors should provide continuous and comprehensive health services for the people in their jurisdictions, not only pay attention to the treatment of patients' diseases, but also pay attention to prevention and health management, help residents establish good living habits, and further improve health literacy. The county health and sports committee should continue to increase its support for the work of family doctors, strengthen team building and training management, promote the effective sinking of high-quality medical resources, comprehensively improve the ability of family doctors to contract services, and more effectively protect the health of the grassroots people.
After the launching ceremony, the participating leaders expressed their condolences to some of the difficult and elderly village doctors in Erlang Town; led the family doctor team to give condolences to some of the monitoring households and poverty alleviation households in the town, and provided free clinics at home; The construction of the integrated outpatient clinic for chronic diseases in Erlang Town Health Center was investigated.
At the event site, the county people's hospital and the county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine carried out health science programs such as "The Secret of Confinement", "Eight Duanjin of Health Qigong" and "The Art of Jars", and the village dance team performed square dances and other programs. Focusing on the theme of "Scientific Weight Control, Health Always Accompanied", the family doctor teams of various medical institutions and Erlang Town Health Center publicized the policies and measures of family doctor contract services in the new era to the elderly aged 65 and above, hypertension, diabetes and other key groups on the scene, explained the form and connotation of family doctor contract services at this stage, and fully demonstrated the beautiful style of family doctors in the new era.
More than 300 people participated in the event, including the presidents, directors in charge of township health centers, representatives of family doctor teams, heads of community health service centers, representatives of family doctor teams, medical personnel from medical institutions directly under the county and private hospitals in urban areas.
