On May 15, it was reported that at the press conference of the Weilai sub-brand Ledao Automobile held today, the first car L60 was officially unveiled, which is positioned as a family car, benchmarking Tesla Model Y and Toyota Rav4.
According to Li Bin, the L60 is 4828mm long and has a wheelbase of 2950mm, which is claimed to be longer than the Model Y and has more space.
In terms of design, the new car was designed by former Bentley designer Raul Pires, and the whole vehicle design has the WAY UP design concept.
The new headlight cluster adopts a split structure, with the L-shaped daytime running lights on the top as the light eyebrow style, and the high and low beam light clusters below are integrated, and the ultra-thin design looks very futuristic, and the front bonnet is also equipped with a raised rib line design to strengthen the power attribute.
The design of the front of the car is very flexible, with longitudinal ventilation openings on both sides of the front bumper, with a wide front lip design, fashionable and atmospheric, the vehicle is positioned as a coupe SUV, and the roof line is quite smooth, which is very similar to Tesla Model Y.
The tail light cluster also adopts a similar L-style styling design, echoing the headlight cluster, while showing the design language of Ledao, in addition, the new car also has a small rear spoiler, with a split shape of the folded line, which strengthens the three-dimensional sense of the tail.
The car is positioned as a 200,000-level pure electric family SUV, supports battery swapping, and is listed to compete directly with Tesla Model Y.
