1. Can I smoke in the warehouse where the flour is stored?
Note: Do not smoke or use open flames in places with fire and explosion hazards!
Article 21 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China prohibits smoking and the use of open flames in places with fire and explosion hazards. If it is necessary to use open flame operation due to special circumstances such as construction, the approval procedures shall be handled in advance in accordance with the regulations, and corresponding fire safety measures shall be taken; Operators shall comply with fire safety regulations.
2. If I buy fireworks, can I still take the bus?
Note: Do not bring flammable and explosive materials on public transport!
Article 23 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China Fire safety regulations must be implemented when entering the places where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are produced and stored. It is forbidden to illegally carry flammable and explosive dangerous goods into public places or take public transportation.
3. There is no parking space in the community, can I park my car on the fire escape temporarily?

Article 28 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China No unit or individual shall damage, misappropriate or dismantle or stop using fire-fighting facilities and equipment without authorization, shall not bury, occupy, or block fire hydrants or occupy fire spacing, and shall not occupy, block, or close evacuation channels, safety exits, and fire truck passages. Doors and windows in crowded places shall not be equipped with obstacles that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue.
4. If there is no space at home, is it okay to put sundries and shoe cabinets at the door of the house?
Note: The position of the shoe cabinet should not block the fire hydrant in the corridor! You can't block the safety exit either!
Article 60 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China If a unit violates the provisions of this law and commits any of the following acts, it shall be ordered to make corrections and shall be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan:
(1) The configuration and setting of fire-fighting facilities, equipment or fire safety signs do not conform to national standards or industry standards, or are not kept intact and effective;
(2) Damaging, misappropriating, or dismantling or dismantling or stopping fire-fighting facilities or equipment without authorization;
(3) Occupying, blocking, or closing evacuation passages or safety exits, or engaging in other conduct that impedes safe evacuation;
(4) Burying, occupying, or blocking fire hydrants or occupying fire spacing;
(5) Occupying, blocking, or closing the passage of fire trucks, obstructing the passage of fire trucks;
(6) Setting up obstacles on doors and windows in crowded places that affect escape and fire fighting and rescue;
(7) Failure to take timely measures to eliminate fire hazards after being notified by the fire and rescue agencies.
Where individuals exhibit any of the conduct in items (2), (3), (4), or (5) of the preceding paragraph, they are to be given a warning or a fine of up to 500 RMB.
Where there is conduct in items (3), (4), (5), or (6) of the first paragraph of this article, and corrections are refused after being ordered to make corrections, compulsory enforcement is to be carried out, and the costs required are to be borne by the violator.
5. Can electric vehicles be charged in the corridor?
Note: Please consciously abide by the fire safety management regulations, electric vehicles are prohibited from charging in violation of regulations!
Paragraph 2 of Article 64 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that if a fire is caused by negligence and does not constitute a crime, he shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and may also be fined not more than 500 yuan; where the circumstances are more minor, a warning or a fine of up to 500 RMB is to be given.
Article 37 of the "Provisions on the Administration of Fire Safety of High-rise Civil Buildings" prohibits parking or charging electric bicycles in the public foyers, evacuation walkways, stairwells, and safety exits of high-rise civil buildings.
Encourage the establishment of centralized storage and charging places for electric bicycles in high-rise residential areas. Electric bicycle storage and charging places shall be set up independently, and a safe distance shall be maintained from high-rise civil buildings; If it is truly necessary to install it in a high-rise civil building, it shall be separated from other parts of the building by fire protection.
The storage and charging places for electric bicycles shall be equipped with necessary fire-fighting equipment, and the charging facilities shall be equipped with automatic power-off functions.
