At the event site, eight traditional sports with Chinese characteristics, including dragon dance, lion dance, martial arts, pearl ball, and bamboo pole jumping, attracted many parent-child families to actively participate. Each project integrates traditional folk elements, which not only shows the breadth and profundity of Chinese culture, but also allows participants to feel the charm of traditional sports culture in sports.

After completing the check-in at the entrance, families can enter the activity area with their stamp cards and start their own check-in experience. Among them, the dragon dance and lion dance are the "popular kings" of the event, and there is a long queue of parent-child families in front of the activity area, and everyone is deeply attracted by the churning dragon and smart lions, and can't wait to experience it for themselves.

With the professional and careful assistance of the volunteers of Shanghai Sport University, the activities were carried out in an orderly and safe manner. Parents and children work together to complete various movements, which not only exercises the body, but also enhances the relationship between parents and children.
