Material:
Unsalted butter (at room temperature) 60 grams
30 grams of powdered sugar
Cake flour 96 grams
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
Dark chocolate paste (garnish) 50 g
Food coloring powder (garnish) Appropriate amount
Method:
1. Put the butter at room temperature in advance and soften it and then knead it, add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well, then add powdered sugar and mix until it is uniform and free of powder.
2. Divide the mixed dough into two equal parts, one with a little cocoa powder and mix well to form a brown dough, and the other for the original color dough. Each dough is divided into small dough (the single piece in this demonstration weighs about 15 grams), and after dividing it, take two small balls of dough and stick them in water as ears (you can also be creative according to your personal preferences).
Tips: Don't make the shape for too long, so as not to melt the dough cream due to hand temperature, and it is easy to fail and collapse when baking the finished product.
3. Spread baking paper on the baking sheet, put the dough on the shape, and bake in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes (the baking time can be adjusted according to the power of each oven or air fryer).
4. Take out the baked biscuits, use chocolate paste and food coloring powder to draw expressions and blush.
