  1. The nature and main business of the unit

  The Personnel Service Center of Public Institutions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, which is mainly responsible for the statistical analysis, database construction, policy evaluation of personnel management of public institutions nationwide, as well as the comprehensive personnel management of public institutions under the central and state organs.

  III. Application Requirements

  (1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

  (2) Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, take a firm political stance, deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core in ideology, politics and action, and love the Communist Party of China, the motherland and the people;

  (3) Have good political quality and moral character, as well as a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

  (4) Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to meet the requirements of the post;

  (5) National non-working fresh graduates in 2024 (excluding orientation, commissioned training personnel and returnees);

  (6) Students in Beijing refer to those who already have permanent residence in Beijing, excluding the collective household registration of Beijing universities. Students from outside Beijing must meet the requirements for applying for employment and settlement in Beijing;

  (7) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been expelled from the Party or dismissed from public office, persons who have been found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of examination and recruitment discipline in the recruitment of public employees at all levels and are still in the period of prohibition from taking examinations, and persons who have been lawfully entered into the list of targets for joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness, must not apply for the examination.   4. Registration and qualification review

Applicants are limited to one position per person, and if the materials submitted by the applicants are untrue, once verified, the applicants' examination qualifications and employment qualifications will be cancelled.

  2. Eligibility. Our center will review the qualifications of applicants. Candidates can log on to the public recruitment service platform of public institutions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to inquire about the list of candidates who participated in the written examination and examination-related matters. If the number of people who have passed the qualification examination does not meet the minimum requirements for the proportion of interviews, the leadership team of the center shall collectively study and decide whether to organize the examination according to the actual number of people who have passed the qualification examination.

  5. Examinations

  The examination includes a written test and an interview, and the specific time, place and method will be notified separately. The written test is set at 60 points to pass the score line, according to the written test results, in accordance with the order from high to low, determine the number of recruits for the post 5 times the number of personnel to participate in the interview, if there are candidates to give up, in accordance with the post written test results from high to low in order. When the actual number of candidates for the interview is less than 1:5, candidates who have reached the passing score line can enter the interview process. The list of interviewers will be published on the public recruitment service platform of public institutions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

  6. Physical examination and inspection

  After the interview, according to the comprehensive score (50% for the written test and 50% for the interview) from the high score to the low score, the candidates for the physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the ratio difference of 1:2, and I will be notified by phone in May. The physical examination standards refer to the General Standards for Physical Examination for National Civil Servants (Trial), and the candidates are uniformly organized by our center to conduct them in designated medical institutions. The inspection work employs methods such as on-site visits, individual conversations, review of personnel files (student records), inquiries into social credit records, and interviews with individuals, to understand the candidates' political quality, moral quality, ability and quality, psychological quality, study and work performance, compliance with discipline and law, honesty and self-discipline, as well as whether there are circumstances that should be avoided, physical and mental health, and the degree of compatibility with the recruitment position. If there is a failure in the physical examination and inspection, it will be supplemented according to the results.

  7. Publicity and employment

  The personnel to be hired shall be determined by our center according to the prescribed procedures and standards, according to the written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, etc., and shall be publicized for a period of 7 working days in June on the public recruitment service platform of public institutions affiliated to the central and state organs, the "recruitment of subordinate institutions" column on the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the public recruitment service platform of public institutions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. If the results of the publicity do not affect the employment, the employment contract shall be signed and the employment formalities shall be handled.
