Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. Recruitment of Fire Safety Coordinator Announcement
In order to comprehensively improve the emergency rescue ability and level of Lan County, and solidly protect the safety of people's property, it was decided to openly recruit 50 fire assistant managers from the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Service units

3. Recruitment quota
A total of 50 fire assistant managers were recruited, including 35 men and 15 women, and the job list is detailed in Annex 1.
Fourth, the application conditions
(1) Basic conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
3. Have good political quality and moral character;
4. Have the physical and psychological qualities to perform their duties normally.
(2) Household registration requirements: Lanxian household registration (Lanxian household registration refers to the candidate's permanent residence in Lanxian County, the place of origin is Lanxian household registration, and one of the husband and wife is Lanxian household registration can be regarded as Lanxian household registration)
(3) Age requirements: over 18 years old and under 28 years old (born between April 24, 1996 and April 24, 2006), with fire and rescue work experience, retired soldiers, obtained a motor vehicle B2 or above driver's license, registered fire engineer, driver within visual range (drone operator), fire facility operator (intermediate), accountant (intermediate), legal professional qualification certificate, computer (computer intermediate programmer certificate, Computer Intermediate Network Engineer Certificate and Computer Intermediate Database Administrator Certificate) and other related fields with intermediate or above certificates and have certain practical experience and ability, the age can be relaxed to 35 years old (i.e., born after April 24, 1989);
(4) Educational requirements: full-time college degree or above, fire and rescue work experience, retired soldiers, and in-service public security auxiliary police personnel, academic qualifications can be relaxed to high school, technical secondary school or above;
(5) Height requirements: 165cm and above for men and 160cm and above for women;
(6) Other requirements: good health, good facial features, articulate, quick response, good communication, good personal quality, strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, with the physical conditions and psychological quality required to perform duties.
The deadline for obtaining various professional (occupational, practice) qualification certificates required by the post, unless the post has clear requirements, is the date of announcement.
(7) Persons with any of the following circumstances will not be accepted for registration:
1. The person or his immediate family members have been criminally punished by the public security organs, or have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or higher by the people's courts;
2. Those who have been expelled from the Party, the military, or from public office, or dismissed;
3. Those suspected of violating laws and disciplines and are under review;
4. Those who have been administratively detained, custodial and re-educated, or have a history of drug abuse;
5. Where it is found that there is a serious violation of recruitment (hiring) discipline such as cheating in the recruitment of civil servants or public institutions at all levels, and is still within the period of prohibition from applying for examinations;
6. The person and his immediate family members have participated in illegal gatherings and petitioning activities;
7. Participating in illegal organizations, cults, or engaging in other activities endangering national security;
8. The person has a relatively serious negative personal credit record;
9. Those who have participated in work in other units and have not terminated their labor contracts;
10. Other circumstances that are not suitable for assisting in the development of fire supervision and management.
5. Job responsibilities
In addition to taking turns off, the fire assistant is required to be on duty 24 hours a day at the station for the rest of the time, and is mainly responsible for the initial fire fighting, daily fire prevention inspection and inspection, fire safety knowledge publicity and training and other tasks in the work area.
Sixth, the form of service
After signing the "Labor Contract" with Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., the hired personnel will be dispatched by Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. to Lanxian Fire Safety Management Center and Township Fire Protection Work to engage in initial fire fighting, daily fire prevention inspection, fire safety knowledge publicity and training, etc., and the specific positions will be arranged by the employer.
7. Remuneration
(1) The salary of the fire assistant is paid by Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and the basic salary of the fire assistant is 3,500 yuan per month (including the performance and social insurance individual contributions).
(2) Distribute uniform clothing logos, and handle basic social insurance (five insurances such as endowment, medical care, maternity, work-related injury, and unemployment) in accordance with relevant national regulations.
8. Induction training
The training will be organized before the personnel to be hired, and the training period will be 1 month. If the training and assessment are qualified, Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. will sign a labor contract with the qualified personnel, and the contract period is tentatively set for three years. The content of the labor contract and the conclusion, performance, modification, dissolution or termination shall be subject to the provisions of the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, and the salary and benefits during the training period shall be repaid after the labor contract is signed; There will be no re-entry after the start of the induction training.
9. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration and preliminary examination of qualifications

3. Applicants can only choose one position to register, and the valid resident ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent, and the registration information submitted should be true, accurate and complete. Among them, the major filled in the applicant's "Registration Form" should be consistent with the major stated on the applicant's college graduation certificate. Those who provide false registration information will be disqualified once verified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to defraud examination qualifications will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant violations of discipline and regulations. If the applicant fails to pass the qualification examination due to incorrect or incomplete information, the applicant shall bear the consequences.
4. Preliminary examination of qualifications

Candidates can log in to the original registration website to check the results of the preliminary examination of qualifications one working day after submitting the registration application. Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications can no longer modify the registration information; those who have not passed the preliminary examination of qualifications or have not yet carried out the preliminary examination of qualifications, the registration information can be modified before the deadline of the registration time, and the registration information cannot be modified after the registration time. For those who have completed the registration, please download and print the "Registration Form" (in triplicate) in color for use during the qualification review.
5. Submission of materials
Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications need to submit the following materials:
(1) Log in to the portal website of Lanxian County People's Government and the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., download the "Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. Recruitment Fire Coordinator Registration Form" and "Safety Responsibility Commitment" in the "Recruitment Announcement" or "Announcement of Preliminary Examination Results", fill in truthfully and carefully and sign by myself;
(2) When submitting materials, the height measurement will be carried out on the spot;

(2) Testing, examination and qualification review
1. Physical fitness test
For details of the physical fitness test items and standards, please refer to Annex 3, and only those who "pass" the four items of the physical fitness test can enter the psychological test link. Before the start of this link, the applicant shall make a written commitment that he can be tested, and sign the "Safety Responsibility Commitment" (Annex 4); if he cannot complete the corresponding test, he or she shall explain in advance and sign a waiver and will not be hired; if there is a problem due to his or her own physical reasons during the test, the applicant shall be responsible for it.
The time and place of the test will be announced on the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd.
2. Psychometric testing
Candidates who pass the physical fitness test will enter the psychological test. The reference personnel are carried out by the national comprehensive fire and rescue team firefighter recruitment psychological test system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified". Those who fail to pass the psychological test will not be recruited.

3. Written test
Candidates who pass the psychological test will enter the written test.
The content of the exam is mainly "Public Basic Knowledge" and fire safety knowledge.
The duration of the exam is 120 minutes, and the maximum score is 100 points. The written test score is retained to two decimal places.
The list of persons who will receive the written examination admission ticket, time and place will be announced on the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. When participating in the written test, candidates must hold both the "Written Test Admission Ticket" and their valid ID card consistent with the registration, and those with incomplete certificates are not allowed to take the test. If the ID card expires or is lost, please go to the public security organ to apply for a temporary ID card in time.
4. Qualification review
According to the order of the written test results from high to low scores, the candidates to participate in the qualification review shall be determined according to the ratio of 3 times the number of planned recruits, and the personnel with the last scores will enter together, and the number of people who do not reach 3:1 shall be determined according to the actual number.
After the qualification review is completed, the candidates for qualification review shall be filled in equal amounts in the same position according to the order of the written test results from high to low scores. In the case of a tie in the replacement, the tied person shall be determined as the qualification reviewer at the same time. Substitution is done only once.
The list, time and place of the qualification review personnel will be announced on the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. The qualification review personnel shall provide relevant qualification certificates and certificates according to the requirements of the registered position. If the documents (certificates) are incomplete or the documents (certificates) provided are inconsistent with the qualifications of the position applied for and the main information is untrue, which affects the qualification review, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for interview.
The qualification review runs through the whole process of this open recruitment, and candidates who do not meet the requirements of job registration are found to be disqualified from the examination immediately.
Materials required for qualification review:

(4) High school diploma: original and 1 copy of graduation certificate.
(5) College degree: 1 original and 1 copy of graduation certificate, 1 online verification report of student status (available online).
(6) Bachelor's degree or above: 1 original and 1 copy of graduation certificate, 1 original and 1 copy of degree certificate, 1 copy of electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate (available online).
(7) Those with experience in fire and rescue work, retired soldiers, and in-service public security auxiliary police personnel: the original and 1 copy of the discharge certificate or the certificate issued by the local Veterans Affairs Bureau or the certification materials issued by relevant units.
(8) The original and 1 copy of other qualification certificates consistent with the content of the registration form.
5. Interview
Candidates who have passed the qualification review will proceed to the interview process.
The list of participants in the interview and the time, place and form of the interview will be announced on the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. This interview will take the form of a structured interview. The interview time is 10 minutes, the full score is 100 points, and the interview score is kept to two decimal places. The whole interview process is recorded and videotaped. The results of the interview will be announced on the same day.
Those who have passed the previous assessment will be summarized according to the scoring ratio of the written test results and interview results.
Comprehensive test score = 60% written test score + 40% interview score
(3) Physical examination
According to the order of the comprehensive score from high to low, according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited to determine the physical examination candidates, when the last score is tied, according to the written test score from the high score to the low score to determine the physical examination candidates;
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial). Those who are not qualified will not be recruited. Those who do not participate in the physical examination within the prescribed time shall be deemed to have automatically given up their employment qualifications.
(4) Political review
It is to be conducted with reference to the requirements of the political evaluation of conscription, and where the relevant provisions on political evaluation are not met, they are not to be recruited.
(5) Determine the personnel to be hired and publicize them
The physical examination and political examination of qualified personnel for a comprehensive inspection, qualification retrial, the final list of hired personnel in Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. WeChat public account, publicity period of 5 working days. If there is no objection to the publicity, participate in the training organized by the unified organization.
10. Other matters
(1) No training will be organized during the recruitment process, and no fees will be charged. All notices of the recruitment work are issued through the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and candidates should check the information in a timely manner according to the recruitment work arrangement. If the applicant fails to participate due to personal reasons, it will be deemed to have given up automatically, and the consequences shall be borne by himself/herself.
