In order to comprehensively improve the emergency rescue ability and level of Lan County, and solidly protect the safety of people's property, it was decided to openly recruit 50 fire assistant managers from the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Service units

3. Recruitment quota

Fourth, the application conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;

3. Have good political quality and moral character;

4. Have the physical and psychological qualities to perform their duties normally.

(3) Age requirements: over 18 years old and under 28 years old (born between April 24, 1996 and April 24, 2006), with fire and rescue work experience, retired soldiers, obtained a motor vehicle B2 or above driver's license, registered fire engineer, driver within visual range (drone operator), fire facility operator (intermediate), accountant (intermediate), legal professional qualification certificate, computer (computer intermediate programmer certificate, Computer Intermediate Network Engineer Certificate and Computer Intermediate Database Administrator Certificate) and other related fields with intermediate or above certificates and have certain practical experience and ability, the age can be relaxed to 35 years old (i.e., born after April 24, 1989);

(4) Educational requirements: full-time college degree or above, fire and rescue work experience, retired soldiers, and in-service public security auxiliary police personnel, academic qualifications can be relaxed to high school, technical secondary school or above;

(5) Height requirements: 165cm and above for men and 160cm and above for women;

(6) Other requirements: good health, good facial features, articulate, quick response, good communication, good personal quality, strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, with the physical conditions and psychological quality required to perform duties.

The deadline for obtaining various professional (occupational, practice) qualification certificates required by the post, unless the post has clear requirements, is the date of announcement.

(7) Persons with any of the following circumstances will not be accepted for registration:

1. The person or his immediate family members have been criminally punished by the public security organs, or have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or higher by the people's courts;

2. Those who have been expelled from the Party, the military, or from public office, or dismissed;

3. Those suspected of violating laws and disciplines and are under review;

4. Those who have been administratively detained, custodial and re-educated, or have a history of drug abuse;

5. Where it is found that there is a serious violation of recruitment (hiring) discipline such as cheating in the recruitment of civil servants or public institutions at all levels, and is still within the period of prohibition from applying for examinations;

6. The person and his immediate family members have participated in illegal gatherings and petitioning activities;

7. Participating in illegal organizations, cults, or engaging in other activities endangering national security;

8. The person has a relatively serious negative personal credit record;

9. Those who have participated in work in other units and have not terminated their labor contracts;

10. Other circumstances that are not suitable for assisting in the development of fire supervision and management.

5. Job responsibilities

In addition to taking turns off, the fire assistant is required to be on duty 24 hours a day at the station for the rest of the time, and is mainly responsible for the initial fire fighting, daily fire prevention inspection and inspection, fire safety knowledge publicity and training and other tasks in the work area.

Sixth, the form of service

After signing the "Labor Contract" with Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., the hired personnel will be dispatched by Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. to Lanxian Fire Safety Management Center and Township Fire Protection Work to engage in initial fire fighting, daily fire prevention inspection, fire safety knowledge publicity and training, etc., and the specific positions will be arranged by the employer.

7. Remuneration

(1) The salary of the fire assistant is paid by Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and the basic salary of the fire assistant is 3,500 yuan per month (including the performance and social insurance individual contributions).

(2) Distribute uniform clothing logos, and handle basic social insurance (five insurances such as endowment, medical care, maternity, work-related injury, and unemployment) in accordance with relevant national regulations.

8. Induction training

The training will be organized before the personnel to be hired, and the training period will be 1 month. If the training and assessment are qualified, Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. will sign a labor contract with the qualified personnel, and the contract period is tentatively set for three years. The content of the labor contract and the conclusion, performance, modification, dissolution or termination shall be subject to the provisions of the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, and the salary and benefits during the training period shall be repaid after the labor contract is signed; There will be no re-entry after the start of the induction training.

9. Recruitment Procedures

4. Preliminary examination of qualifications

5. Submission of materials

Those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications need to submit the following materials:

(2) Testing, examination and qualification review

1. Physical fitness test

2. Psychometric testing

Candidates who pass the physical fitness test will enter the psychological test. The reference personnel are carried out by the national comprehensive fire and rescue team firefighter recruitment psychological test system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified". Those who fail to pass the psychological test will not be recruited.

3. Written test

Candidates who pass the psychological test will enter the written test.

The content of the exam is mainly "Public Basic Knowledge" and fire safety knowledge.

The duration of the exam is 120 minutes, and the maximum score is 100 points. The written test score is retained to two decimal places.

When participating in the written test, candidates must hold both the "Written Test Admission Ticket" and their valid ID card consistent with the registration, and those with incomplete certificates are not allowed to take the test. 4. Qualification review

According to the order of the written test results from high to low scores, the candidates to participate in the qualification review shall be determined according to the ratio of 3 times the number of planned recruits, and the personnel with the last scores will enter together, and the number of people who do not reach 3:1 shall be determined according to the actual number.

After the qualification review is completed, the candidates for qualification review shall be filled in equal amounts in the same position according to the order of the written test results from high to low scores. 5. Interview

Candidates who have passed the qualification review will proceed to the interview process.

The list of participants in the interview and the time, place and form of the interview will be announced on the WeChat public account of Lanxian Huizhong Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. This interview will take the form of a structured interview. The interview time is 10 minutes, the full score is 100 points, and the interview score is kept to two decimal places. The whole interview process is recorded and videotaped. The results of the interview will be announced on the same day.

Those who have passed the previous assessment will be summarized according to the scoring ratio of the written test results and interview results.

Comprehensive test score = 60% written test score + 40% interview score

(3) Physical examination

10. Other matters

(1) No training will be organized during the recruitment process, and no fees will be charged.
