1. Working principles and procedures

The recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit-based selection, and the method of combining examination and inspection is adopted, and the "three disclosures" system of open application conditions, public examination procedures, and public examination results is implemented. The recruitment work shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures of formulating the recruitment plan, issuing the brochure, registration, qualification review, written examination, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and signing of the agreement.

3. Recruitment objects and application conditions

(1) The recruitment target must meet the following application conditions

1. Physically and mentally healthy, over 22 years old (born on or before April 24, 2002), under 35 years old (born on or after April 24, 1989);

2. Abide by the law, be honest and trustworthy, have good moral character and sound personality;

3. Have the basic knowledge and work ability required to be qualified for the position;

(2) The following persons are not allowed to apply for the examination

(4) Submission of materials

5. Qualification review

According to the qualifications of the recruitment position, the staff will review the information submitted by the candidates on the spot, and the candidates shall be informed at one time if the qualifications are unqualified, and the candidates shall be responsible for the consequences caused by misstatement and concealment.

Qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment, if it is found that the applicant does not meet the qualifications stipulated in the recruitment, or the certificate and other information are fraudulent, the examination and application qualifications will be cancelled at any time, and the applicant shall bear the responsibility. Candidates should fill in the contact number accurately and keep it unobstructed, if the applicant cannot contact the recruiting unit due to his or her own reasons, the applicant shall be responsible for it.

6. Collect the admission ticket

Candidates who have successfully registered will go to Suiyang Human Resources Co., Ltd. (second floor of Suiyang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau) to collect the admission ticket, and those who fail to receive it within the time limit will be deemed to have given up automatically. The specific time for collecting the admission ticket will be notified separately.

7. Examinations

The examination work shall be organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group.

(1) Written examination

1. Written test time: will be notified separately.

2. Written test content: "Public Basic Knowledge", with a full score of 100 points.

3. Written test format: The written test is a closed-book examination, and candidates must hold a valid "Resident ID Card" and the original "Written Examination Admission Ticket" before entering the examination room to participate in the written test.

4. The results of the written test and whether to enter the interview will be announced on the WeChat public account of "Suiyang County Human Resources Market", and the written test results account for 40% of the total score. Please pay attention to the official account dynamics at any time, if the candidate does not pay attention to the information in time and misses the test time, all responsibilities shall be borne by the candidate.

(2) Interview

1. Interview time: until further notice.

2. Job codes 01 and 02 are conducted in the form of structured interviews. It mainly tests the interviewer's ideological and political quality, psychological quality, comprehensive analysis ability, on-the-spot adaptability, language expression ability, demeanor, professional quality, etc., with a full score of 100 points. The interview score accounts for 60% of the total score, and the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 according to the written test score.

If the actual number of candidates participating in the interview and the number of recruitment plans do not reach the ratio of 3:1, all candidates who have obtained valid results in the written test will enter the interview process (if the position does not reach the opening ratio, the candidates who have successfully registered for the position will directly participate in the interview process);

(3) Overall results and rankings

1. Total score = written test score ×40% + interview score ×60%

The written test, interview score and overall score are rounded to two decimal places.

8. Physical examination

According to the ratio of the total score score from high to low and the planned number of recruits 1:1, the physical examination object is determined. The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group.

The physical examination must be conducted in a general hospital at or above the county level and the conclusion of the physical examination must be issued. The physical examination standards refer to the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), the Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), the Special Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial), the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Relevant Revisions to the Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2013] No. 58), and the Notice on Revising the General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016]) No. 140) and combined with clinical implementation.

If the physical examination is given up or the physical examination is unqualified, the qualification to enter the next link will be cancelled, and the vacant position will be filled according to the total score of the candidate who has obtained a valid interview score from high to low. The time of the physical examination will be notified separately, and the cost of the physical examination will be borne by the candidate.

IX. Political Considerations

Those who have passed the physical examination shall be designated as the targets of political investigation. The recruitment leading group shall inspect the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, integrity and self-discipline of the subject and whether it is necessary to recuse itself, and further verify the qualifications and make a conclusion on whether the inspection is qualified.

If the subject of the inspection is not allowed to apply for the examination as stipulated in this brochure, does not meet the qualifications after review, falsifies the important materials submitted, or deliberately does not cooperate with the inspection, the conclusion of the inspection shall not be determined to be qualified. If the inspection is abandoned or the inspection is unqualified, the vacant positions will be filled in order according to the total score. Candidates who voluntarily give up the inspection should submit a written commitment within three days of the announcement of the inspection. If the written commitment is not submitted within the time limit, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the inspection.

10. Publicity, signing of agreements, treatment and management

(1) Publicity

After examination, physical examination and inspection, the qualified personnel are determined to be hired, and they will be publicized on the WeChat public account of "Suiyang County Human Resources Market" and accept social supervision.

If it is verified that there are serious problems affecting employment during the publicity period, the employment qualifications shall be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify for the time being, the employment shall be suspended, and the decision on whether to hire shall be made after the verification and conclusion is made.

(2) Sign the agreement

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the Suiyang County Financial Media Center shall sign an agreement in accordance with the relevant regulations and procedures, and the labor contract shall be signed for one year and the probation period shall be one month.

(3) Management and treatment

The relevant treatment of hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", with reference to the "Measures for the Payment of Remuneration of Personnel Employed by Suiyang County Financial Media Center" and other relevant provisions, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. In case of policy changes, the relevant treatment needs to be adjusted, and the changed policy shall prevail.

11. Precautions
