According to the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Further Improving the Regulatory System for Tax-related Professional Services (Announcement No. 43 [2019] of the State Administration of Taxation), the Xiamen Municipal Taxation Bureau has opened a green channel for tax-related professional service institutions with TSC5 level. From May 2024 to April 2025, tax-related professional service institutions with TSC5 level in 2023 can handle tax matters for their institutions and the service objects that have collected information through the green channel of the tax service department.

The credit of tax-related professional service institutions (English name is Tax Service Credit, abbreviated as TSC) is divided into five levels in order from high to low, which are TSC5, TSC4, TSC3, TSC2 and TSC1. Newly established tax-related professional service institutions within an evaluation period shall not be included in the scope of credit rating evaluation.
