After handing over the ID card, the counter staff said that they could not take it on their behalf, but I had a card when I replaced it (also a CCB card), and the staff clearly said that it could be taken on my behalf, but I needed the ID cards of two people. So I asked that when I changed my card not long ago, the bank staff said that I could take it on my behalf, but you said that I couldn't take it on my behalf, but was there any regulation? The counter staff clearly replied that there was no relevant provision that could not be taken on behalf of me. I asked, then why not give it to me. Later, a male staff member asked me which bank I could take on my behalf, and I clearly told me that it was China Construction Bank, and he asked me many times, and I repeatedly told me that it was China Construction Bank. Both sides are explaining this. But at this time, another female staff member came and asked me about the situation and why the person concerned couldn't come. I informed that the person was hospitalized due to illness and could not come. But at this time, the funny thing is that she actually said that she could go to the bank near the hospital to handle it, and they could go to the hospital to handle the card replacement business. I told you that the card has been made, and it is here for you. So the lady's attitude became bad, so I raised my voice to talk to her.
When the lady left, another staff member came, and after looking at their printed materials, asked me to wait, so I sat next to her (and later learned that this person was the vice president). After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, he came and said, "I can't pick it up." I said that she came to replace the card by herself, and I am only taking the card on her behalf because she was hospitalized, and it is not stipulated that the card cannot be taken on behalf of her. She replied that this means that all business must be handled by herself. I asked, does that mean that the deposit and withdrawal business is only handled by me? She said that I was very strict. I said, this is your explanation, all the business must be handled by yourself.
The two sides were talking calmly, and suddenly, the auxiliary police came. I asked who called the police, and they said that their leader had called the police. I told her to come over, but when I came, I saw that this person was dressed in civilian clothes and had no work badge. I asked how I did not interfere with the business of others, and I did not sit at the counter while waiting for their answers. And the so-called president has never seen her appear on the scene to explain.
When the police arrived at the scene, they asked me about the situation, and I said who called the police, why they called the police, how did I know, and it was not the police I called. So, the police asked him to call himself an elder. She distorted the facts and explained, and I refuted it on the spot, and said that since the police were dispatched, then we would cross-examine the evidence on the spot and explain the problem clearly, so I explained the situation truthfully, and asked the vice president if what I said was the truth, but the vice president remained silent and did not answer.
After the police learned about the situation, I also pointed out that they had reported a false case and that their behavior was to interfere with the normal work of the public security department. When the police saw this, four or five officers left without any conclusion.
After the police left, other customers asked what the situation was, and the bank staff distorted the facts, saying that they would not give me the card that I had come to replace and that I had refused to provide door-to-door service.
The overbearing bank president, who does not dress during illegal working hours, does not come forward to explain and explain in the face of customers' questions in front of the counter. But he hid behind his back and made a call to the police, interfering with the normal work of the public security department, and behaving in front of customers.
