We often say that the taste of my mother is actually the memory of the food in my hometown when I was a child, and the taste buds are preconceived and have been fixed.
The same is true for foreigners, who have eaten bread, eggs, salads, barbecues, etc., and the first time they taste Chinese food, it can only be said that it is delicious, but they are not used to eating, or they don't eat much.
But foreigners who come to China for a long time will be assimilated, and foreigners after sinicization will integrate into our lives, but the tastes are also divided into southeast, northwest, and middle.
For example, in the imperial capital, I like to eat roast duck, in Jiangnan I like to eat Huaiyang cuisine, in Chengdu I like to eat Sichuan cuisine, in Changsha I like to eat Hunan cuisine, in Guangzhou I like to eat Cantonese food, in Guangxi I like to eat snail noodles, in the Northeast I like to eat chicken stewed mushrooms, in Qingdao I like to eat Jiuzhuan large intestine and so on.
