Steps:
- Put the pig's feet into the pot under cold water, add ginger slices, green onions, and Shao wine to blanch, remove and clean again.
- Return the pig's feet to the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add salt-baked chicken powder, ginger slices, green onions, cover the lid and simmer for 60 minutes after the water boils, and remove the ice water.

Steps:

Steps:
