Keep an eye on shopping malls and supermarkets and strengthen sales supervision. Law enforcement personnel inspected supermarkets such as Fangfang Supermarket and Yongsheng Grain and Oil Department Store Wholesale Department in the jurisdiction, focusing on meat products, dairy products and other foods that were consumed in large quantities during the Spring Festival, focusing on checking whether expired and spoiled food and dairy products were sold at low temperature as required during the peak sales period of the festival; inspected whether pre-packaged food, bulk food, and health food were marked with the production date and expiration date; and respectively checked the supermarket's license, purchase account management, and food storage environment. At the same time, law enforcement officers also urged operators to classify and store food as required to ensure food safety and hygiene, and ensure that the masses eat clean and safe food.

Pay close attention to catering services and strengthen risk management and control. Carry out key inspections on catering units such as Xiangyin Hotel and Xingshun Restaurant where the source of tourists is relatively concentrated in the jurisdiction. It mainly checks whether the purchase inspection of food raw materials, the implementation of certificates and bills and ledger records and the storage system are in place; whether the purchase and use of meat products, poultry, edible oil, disposable chopsticks, centralized disinfection tableware, etc. meet the relevant requirements; whether the food processing environment is dirty and messy, whether there is cross-contamination such as mixing raw and cooked food, mixing tools and containers, etc.; whether the cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils and food samples are standardized, and whether the employees who are in direct contact with food wear masks in a standardized manner, so as to eliminate risks and hidden dangers in a timely manner.
