IT Home reported on January 9 that JBL launched the new JBL Clip 5 portable Bluetooth speaker at CES 2024, the space of the hook part is larger than the old one, it can be hung on more items, and the sound system has been updated.

The JBL Clip 5 boasts 15% more volume, 10% more bass, Bluetooth 5.3, LE Audio, and Auracast support. Auracast is a broadcast audio feature from LE Audio that enables multiple audio devices to be connected to a single source.
The previous-generation JBL Clip 4 provided 10 hours of playtime on a single charge, while the Clip 5 provided 12 hours of playtime (at medium volume).

The JBL Clip 5 is IP67 water and dust resistant and also adds 40% more driver power, which JBL says will result in a more "smooth sound" and consistent bass.
The JBL Clip 5 will be available in June this year for $79.95 (IT Home note: currently about 572 yuan) and is available in six colors.
