The battery protection chip is from Chuangxin Micro, model CM1361, which is a battery protection chip that supports the application of 6 strings of battery packs, and supports the battery balancing function. The chip has a built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and current detection circuit, which can detect the voltage, current and temperature of each cell in the series battery pack, and carry out protection functions such as battery overcharge, overdischarge, charge overcurrent, discharge overcurrent, overheating and battery pack disconnection.
The battery protection tube is silk-screened 6428, and the two are connected in parallel and connected in series in the opposite direction to control the battery output.
The 5mΩ sampling resistor is used to sense the input and output currents of the battery.
The PCBA module is fastened to the inside of the green plastic frame by clipping.
The inside of the plastic frame is insulated with barley paper.
Remove the PCBA module from the inside of the insulated frame.
The front of the PCBA module is at a glance, the left side is welded with the LED display, and the synchronous buck-boost inductor, filter solid-state capacitor, SMD button, USB-C receptacle, filtering solid-state capacitor, USB-A receptacle, VBUS switch tube, filtering solid-state capacitor and buck-boost inductor are welded sequentially.
A main control chip is welded on the back of the PCBA module, and four synchronous buck-boost MOS tubes are welded on each side.
The main control chip of the mobile power supply is from Silan Micro, the model is SD59D24B, which is a control chip applied to the mobile power supply, which can realize the fast charging protocol analysis of 4 USB ports (up to two C ports). Compatible with PD3.0, PPS, QC4.0+, FCP, SCP, SFCP, AFC, BC1.2, APPLE, VOOC and other fast charging protocols, the system uses NMOS and is suitable for 2-7 battery applications.
Silan Micro SD59D24B Built-in 8-channel dead-time controllable PWM drive control to achieve dual-channel, bidirectional, step-up/step-down switching power supply conversion. It can carry out dual-channel current differential sampling, dual-channel H-bridge port voltage sampling and battery voltage sampling, real-time monitoring of dual-channel DC-DC working status, and has four load switch control signals to control port on-off switching.
The thermistor used to detect the temperature of the battery is soldered to the power bank PCBA module.
One of the synchronous buck-boost switch tube silk screen printing 6428 is the same model as the battery protection tube.
The other two synchronous step-up and step-up switch tubes are of the same model.
The buck-boost inductor is made of magnetic surrounding, the outer heat shrinkable tube is insulated, and the internal glue is filled.
The filter capacitor on the battery side comes from Yongli, and since the battery is connected in 6 strings, a solid-state capacitor with a withstand voltage of 35V is selected, and the capacity is 220μF.
The output filter capacitor specification is 220μF 25V.

The main control of the mobile power supply adopts Silan micro-SD59D24B, the chip has built-in protocol functions, and supports the use of four USB interfaces.
The chip also integrates two synchronous buck-boost controllers, which are used for USB-C1 interface and USB-C2 and USB-A interface output. The synchronous buck-boost inductor is magnetically surrounded and insulated with heat shrinkable tubing. Solid-state capacitor filtering is used on both the battery and output terminals to reduce output ripple. The battery pack is fixed with double-sided tape on a large area, and the foam glue cushion is pasted on the edge of the battery to improve safety.
