The A1 plot project in Anbei is located in the east of Renmin Road, west of Anshan 1st Road, south of Fushun Road and north of Kangping Road in Shibei District, planning to build 6 8-15 storey residences and a nursing center for the elderly. According to reports, since the start of construction of the project, the project team has overcome problems such as night construction and tower group operations, and promoted the construction in strict accordance with the planned nodes to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule. At present, the project building 1-6 has completed the main acceptance, has entered the fine decoration construction stage, with the construction of the elderly care center is in the ALC board and AAC insulation integrated exterior wall panel construction, is expected to complete the main acceptance work by the end of this month.
The A1 plot project in Anbei is adjacent to Qingdao University of Technology in the south, facing the small village and Chongqing South Road in the north, separated from the Shibei District People's Hospital and the Second Primary School of Renmin Road, and can reach Shandong Road and Fushun Road Wholesale Market to the east along Fushun Road, and can quickly reach the Taitung area along Renmin Road to the south, with high convenience in life and transportation. Relying on the regional advantageous medical resources, the design of the project emphasizes the integration of elderly care facilities and the community, among which the elderly care center is located in the northeast corner of the plot, and the community is a small high-rise residence, forming a patchwork spatial sequence. After the project is completed and put into use, it can alleviate the problems of aging, insufficient total amount and incomplete functions of the surrounding pension infrastructure, meet the needs of the elderly in housing, maintenance, medical treatment, care, entertainment and other aspects, and promote the public service of Shibei District to a new level.
