From December 27th to 28th, the third congress of the Ludian County Federation of Social Sciences was successfully held. Entrusted by Zhang Hongkun, secretary of the county party committee, Luo Zhongping, deputy secretary of the county party committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wen Qicong, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Social Sciences, attended the meeting, and Yang Mei, Zhang Rongjiong, Long Quyan, Zheng Daqin, and Jiao Huancun attended the meeting.
The conference pointed out that in the past five years, the Ludian County Federation of Social Sciences has united and led the majority of philosophical and social science workers in the county to creatively carry out philosophical and social science work with Ludian local characteristics, actively explore and study major issues in development, and the majority of social science workers have consciously devoted themselves to the cause of social sciences, emancipated their minds, been pragmatic and innovative, united and cooperative, and worked tenaciously. The high-level outstanding achievements in social sciences have made indelible contributions to promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Ludian and promoting the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences. The congress stressed that it is necessary to be loyal to the party, firm in faith, do a good job in the propaganda and interpretation of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era, focus on the central task and serve the overall situation, do a good job in the application of the Ludian chapter of Chinese-style modernization, strengthen leadership, form a joint force, and strive to create a new situation for the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences. The county federation of social sciences and the vast number of social science workers should further conduct in-depth research on the central work of the county party committee and the county government and the overall situation of Ludian's economic and social development, give full play to the role of "think tank" and "think tank", and provide strong spiritual power and theoretical support for promoting Ludian's integration into the central city of Zhaotong, realizing the development goal of Zhaotong's integration, and further writing a new era of Ludian's leapfrog development.
The conference also listened, deliberated and adopted the resolution of the Third Congress of the Ludian County Federation of Social Sciences on the Work Report of the Second Working Committee and the Constitution of the Ludian County Federation of Social Sciences (Amendment), and elected the new leadership of the County Federation of Social Sciences.

At the closing ceremony, the conference demanded that the new social science federation team should adhere to the guidance of the correct political direction, insist on focusing on the main business to gather strength, adhere to the performance of their own construction, continue to create new achievements, achieve new results, and make greater contributions to writing a new chapter of Ludian's leapfrog development.
