Recently, the Municipal Academy of Social Sciences released the 2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project, involving a total of 80 projects in five categories, including Lanzhou City's research on deepening the construction of youth development cities, Lanzhou Youth Mental Health Socialized Service System Construction, and Lanzhou City's recruitment of college graduates.
Since Lanzhou launched the pilot project of youth development city construction, the youth development project has been included in the city's philosophy and social science project application for two consecutive years, and 4 relevant research results have been published.

Notice on organizing the application of the 2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project
1. Project settings
This year's social science planning projects are divided into two categories: funded projects and non-funded projects.
1. Funded projects. It is mainly the study of major theoretical and practical problems that need to be solved urgently in Lanzhou's social and economic development, as well as difficult and hot issues related to the overall reform and development of Lanzhou.
2. The project will not be funded. It is mainly a project with research value in the theoretical and practical problems faced by Lanzhou's social and economic development, and the project has been recommended by the discipline evaluation team. Such projects are included in the unified management of municipal social science planning projects, but no financial support will be given.
2. Declaration requirements
1. The person in charge of the project should be the real organizer of the whole process of project research and undertake the substantive research work of the project. The person in charge of the project must have the professional and technical title of deputy senior or above, and if he does not have the professional and technical title of deputy senior or above, he must have the written recommendation of two personnel with the professional and technical title of deputy senior or above. Participants or referees who apply for a project must obtain their consent, otherwise it will be regarded as a violation of the regulations.
2. The person in charge of the project is limited to one municipal social science planning project in the same year, and the person in charge of the municipal social science planning project in the research cannot declare the municipal social science planning project of the current year, and other members of the project team shall not apply for more than two municipal social science planning projects at the same time;
3. The application for social science planning projects should be filled in in accordance with the content specifications of the "Application Form for Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project" and the "Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Demonstration Leaflet" to ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes. The relevant research results and references of the applicant, as well as other materials that directly or indirectly disclose the applicant's relevant background, shall not appear in the "Loose Leaf". Any person who falsifies in the application form and the loose sheet of argumentation will be disqualified from the application once it is found and verified.
4. The materials required for project application can be downloaded from the official website of Lanzhou Academy of Social Sciences (http://sky.lanzhou.gov.cn/). The unit of the project leader shall fill in and submit the paper version and Word version of the "2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Application Summary Form".
5. The project leader chooses to apply according to the "2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Topic Guide" based on his own academic accumulation and research expertise. When specifically determining the research topic, you can declare the topic selection according to the "Project Guide", or you can refer to the "Project Guide" to determine the topic selection by yourself. The self-declared topics should fully reflect the new progress of the discipline and related research fields, be based on the frontier of the discipline, advocate original and pioneering research, and avoid low-level duplication.
6. The unit to which the applicant belongs must submit the application materials after the review and seal of the applicant unit before May 10, 2024, and will not be accepted after the deadline. The electronic version of the "Application Form for Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project", "Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Demonstration Leaflet" and "2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Application Summary Form" is required to be sent to the designated mailbox, "Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Application Form" (1 copy), "Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Demonstration Leaflet" (2 copies) and "2024 Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project Application Summary Form" (1 copy) paper version to be submitted to Lanzhou Philosophy and Social Science Planning Office.
