There are thousands of optical stores large and small in Shanghai, why would you drive tens of kilometers to choose this one? Wang Guang said the answer - quality and innovation. The lenses produced by Shengzi Optics use the latest generation of material - polycarbonate, also known as PC lenses. Different from traditional plastic lenses, in addition to the characteristics of safety explosion-proof, fall resistance, smash resistance, and wear resistance, this material is also one-third thinner than ordinary lenses, about 30% lighter, and the degree is more accurate, with a certain anti-ultraviolet function, especially suitable for children and outdoor workers with weak resistance.
Walking into the production workshop of Shengzi Optics, you can see a full set of imported high-end instruments and equipment, and highly automated production has been realized in a clean space, which can provide customers with one-stop services from lens research and development, production, sales to mirror processing and garage mirror. According to reports, the polymer material processing technology introduced by the enterprise fills the gap of domestic high-end optical product technology. In addition, we have developed high-precision mold vacuum coating technology that is in line with international standards, so that the product can be injection molded in one shot.
"So far, we have invested more than 100 million yuan in R&D and production, of which our investment in R&D also accounts for a large proportion. The company has a R & D team composed of 7 high-end talents, and has also reached cooperation with the National Institute of Optoelectronics of Soochow University. ”
Through continuous development and innovation, high-end customization has also become a major feature of Shengzi Optics. It is mainly aimed at teenagers, white-collar workers, drivers, outdoor sports people and highly scattered people, which can adapt to the special light sensing needs of different types of customers, and cooperate with international authoritative optometric standards to achieve accurate personalized private customization. "For example, we have a lens developed for teenagers, with 1,400 lenses on the lens, which can effectively prevent the progression of myopia." Wang Zhuo introduced.
At present, Shengzi Optics has 42 related patents, and another 10 are pending. There are 21 utility model patents authorized by products, all of which have been successfully transformed, laying a solid foundation for enterprise innovation, technology empowerment and product promotion.
Since settling in the high-tech zone in July 2020, Shengzi Optics has made great progress in this fertile land. According to reports, a large part of the lenses produced by the company are exported abroad, and it has long-term cooperative relations with many well-known eyewear chain brands and eye hospitals at home and abroad, such as Essilor in France, Aier Eye and so on. Due to the characteristics of the production line, the company also provides Canon, Zeiss and other international first-line manufacturers with lens materials related to SLR camera lenses, and can produce more than 2,000 pairs of lenses per day.
With the gradual expansion of the influence of the company, in addition to customers who come from afar to get glasses, there are also many customers who come to seek cooperation. Last year, Zhongjing Optics from Beijing took the initiative to contact Wang Guangming, and after reaching cooperation, it will contact and place glasses orders almost every day. At the same time, there is also a Jiajie glasses company that distributes goods for eye hospitals nationwide, and has achieved a cumulative cooperation order of more than 4 million yuan with Shengzi Optics.
"Last year, our output value was about 40 million yuan, and this year it is expected to reach 60 million yuan." Mr. Wang is full of confidence in the future development of the company. He also revealed that Shengzi Optics' second optical store in Jinshan Haihui Street is also preparing to open, and the factory store in the park will maintain the characteristics of "factory direct management", and the market price of two or three thousand glasses with the same quality only costs about six to seven hundred yuan in the factory store. The company will continue to keep its original intention, make every effort to innovate, and provide quality services for consumers in more parks, Jinshan and surrounding cities.
