1. Lettuce

Mom loves lettuce the most, because lettuce is the easiest to grow and grows fast! Just sprinkle the seeds and water them, and the lettuce will sprout.

I've seen my mother grow lettuce, and when the seeds germinate, she will dig one lettuce out of the pot and replace it with another, which will be ready for harvest in a month.

The harvested lettuce, some are hot pot, some are cold mixed, some are stir-fried, some are side dishes to eat, and some are thinking about what to do, so they go to pick two sticks, wash them, and put them on the table.

2. Hollow vegetables

In autumn, hollow vegetables grow quickly, because the autumn weather is very good, my mother will water her every time after harvesting, and in less than a week, she will be able to harvest again.

The yield of hollow vegetables is very high, planting a box can ensure that you can eat it every week, and every time you pick it, you can make a pot, which is much better than selling it outside.

This is just the seeds of the hollow cabbage bought a year ago, each time you pick it, you only need to pinch off the most tender part, then pour it with fertilizer water, and after a week, the new shoots will grow again!

3. Garlic

On my mother's balcony, there are always rows of garlic seedlings. It is mainly used to grow garlic leaves, which can be used to make pasta and can also be used to make grilled fish.

After planting, just pour a little water into the soil in the pot to make the soil a little wetter, and then open two ditches on it.

Arrange the garlic from back to front, leaving a finger-sized gap in the middle. Finally, a fine layer of soil is laid out, and then watered before the garlic leaves can be plucked!

When it's time to pull out the garlic seedlings, they can eat a fragrant piece of garlic seedlings and roast meat. Finally, I dug up a lot of garlic and prepared to plant it the next year.

4. Tomatoes

5. Chives

This leek grown by my mother, also called "this leek", is thinner and darker than ordinary leeks, but it is very fresh. I don't like to buy large-leaf leeks at the wet market that don't have a bit of leek flavor.

I advise you not to buy indiscriminately, because you may not find what you want, if you can buy purple root, buy it quickly, only keep the purple root, plant it in the ground, and when you harvest, you will feel that it is worth the money.

6. Spinach

This is one of my favorite vegetables, especially now that it's cold, it's delicious, sweet and not spicy, and it must be grown.

Spinach can be planted all year round, sown down, and shoots can grow in a week or two, as long as there is enough light and sufficient fertilizer, after more than a month, you can pick it from time to time and eat it for a while.

At the beginning, because it is a seedling, it must be uprooted to promote the growth of the seedlings, and you can't eat a lot at once, if you need to, pick it directly and boil it into a large pot of spinach egg soup!

7. Coriander

My mother saw 18 yuan a pound of small coriander in the vegetable market, and planned to grow it herself, which was too expensive.

Coriander is a condiment, its taste is relatively heavy, many people do not like it, but there are many people who like it, whether it is steamed fish, boiled noodles, boiled cakes, there is its figure.

My favorite thing is to pick a large basket of coriander, put it in boiling water to remove the water, cut it into small pieces, sprinkle some seasonings, light a few drops of sesame oil, it tastes very delicious, I also like to use it to make hot pot, that taste is refreshing.

8. Oil wheat

One of the most common can be grown almost all year round, from cabbage to Chinese cabbage, almost everything can be grown.
