1.1 Classification of tubes

There are two types of line pipes: PVC material and galvanized iron pipe.

The size of the tube can be selected according to the number of threads. Such as Φ20/Φ25/Φ32 and so on.

In general, we recommend using Φ20 galvanized iron pipe.

1.2 Technical requirements for pipe routing (groove).

1. There are two kinds of line pipe (trunking) wiring: open line and dark line, and the open line pipe is required to be horizontal and vertical, neat and beautiful. Dark line pipes require short, smooth pipes and few elbows;

2. Follow the principle of the shortest route, no destruction of the original strong current, and no destruction of waterproof;

3. All conduits must be laid in a straight line;

4. Positioning distance of line pipe: using pipe clamp positioning, the iron pipe must be less than 1.5 meters, and the PVC pipe must be less than 1.2 meters;

5. Every 10 meters, the line pipe needs to be made with a 60cm*60cm hand well;

6. When the power line is used with PVC pipe, the distance between the pipe and the signal line is not less than 15CM, and when the iron pipe is used, the distance between the power line and the signal line can be reduced to 10CM;

7. In the case of no safety island, when the line pipe is buried underground, the cement pavement shall not be less than 20CM from the ground, and the flower garden pavement shall not be less than 50CM from the ground;

8. In the case of safety island, the line pipe is buried on the safety island, and a 5-8CM deep trunking needs to be opened on the island;

9. When the line pipe needs to be buried in the mud and sand road, galvanized steel pipe needs to be used;

10. The bending radius of the pipe should be greater than 10CM;

11. In order to ensure the convenience of threading, it is best not to use an elbow at the bend, but to use a pipe bender to bend the pipe;

12. The ground after sealing the groove shall not be higher than the plane where it is located, and shall be level with the original plane.

1.3 Technical requirements for wiring

1. All wires need to be threaded, remember not to lay bare wires;

2. There can be no connector in the middle of the communication line and network cable;

3. All wires must be in place and reserved for sufficient length (1.5m-2.0m);

4. All traces must be clearly marked, marked in Chinese, and ensure that they are conducted;

5. When there is strong electromagnetic field interference near the line, the wire pipe must be buried in the ground with a metal pipe. When it is necessary to lay overhead, anti-interference measures should be taken.

6. When the communication line and the power line are laid in parallel or cross, the spacing shall not be less than 0.3m.

2.1 Safety island, equipment foundation construction

2.1.1 Production Method

2.1.1.1 Pavement readiness

When pouring the safety island or equipment foundation, it is first necessary to confirm the road surface condition, and the specific road surface conditions are shown in Figure 5-1 to 5-5:

1. If it is an asphalt pavement, the asphalt ground needs to be excavated to expose the solid roadbed underneath, as shown in Figure 5-6:

2. If it is a cement floor or a cement blank ground, you only need to lay down a different number of expansion bolts according to the size of the designed safety island, and then prepare the formwork;

3. If it is a green belt pavement, it is allowed to dig the green belt, dig it down to a depth of at least 500mm, and then pour the equipment foundation or safety island;

4. If it is a brick floor, it is necessary to lift the bricks first, and then carry out the construction in accordance with the pouring method of the green belt.

2.1.1.2 formwork support

1. According to the design of the safety island or equipment base mold, make the peripheral mold, set up the mold frame, and the on-site implementation photos of the peripheral mold are shown in Figure 5-7 below

2. Make inner mold molds, mainly in the shape of island heads. The galvanized steel pipes or PVC pipes bent according to the design size requirements are bundled and placed in the mold, and the position of the pipe outlet meets the requirements of the design position, and the on-site construction situation is shown in Figure 5-8-

2.1.1.3 Equipment island casting

After the completion of the formwork, cast with not less than C25 concrete (the slump of the concrete needs to be moderate, not too large), and the casting process is as follows:

1. Pour from the position of the inner mold on both sides first, so that the inner mold is fixed and formed;

2. Follow the principle of one direction, from bottom to top pouring with clear layers, from front to back pouring with clear layers;

3. Follow the principle of one-time pouring completion, and the pouring time should not be too long or interrupted. Prevent concrete from condensing, resulting in the entire equipment island structure not forming a unified whole;

4. Follow the principle of timely cleaning in the pouring process, because some concrete is directly made on site, it is very likely that it is mixed with some impurities, which need to be cleaned up in time, and because of the pouring, it will be concentrated in a little perfusion, and it needs to be leveled in time;

5. Follow the principle of pouring and vibrating, and use a vibrating rod to vibrate the concrete after pouring a certain amount to ensure that the concrete is uniform and there is no honeycomb void after solidification, and the photos of the pouring process are shown in Figure 5-9

6. After the casting is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the island surface is level and flat, and the photos of on-site pouring are shown in Figure 5-10

7. Maintenance cycle: After the casting is completed, if it is a high temperature and sunny day, it can be left for 7 days; if it is a stormy day, or a snowy day, the island surface needs to be covered with a rain cloth and let it stand for 10 days;

2.2 Geo-inductive coils

2.2.1 Production method

The ground induction coil is wound on site, and the quality of its production directly affects the induction, and the more serious phenomenon will be smashing the car. Therefore, the on-site winding must be rigorous and careful, and must not be sloppy.

2.2.2 The size of the ground induction coil

The size of the ground induction coil varies with the width of the road surface, and the specific requirements are as follows:

1. The distance between both sides of the coil from the road surface or equipment to the edge is 0.6-0.8 meters;

2. The width of the coil is 1.2-1.6 meters from the width of the road, and the general coil width is 2-2.5 meters;

3. The coil width is 0.6-1 meters;

4. The horizontal distance before the adjacent two coils is 1.3 meters;

5. The anti-smashing coil is erected in 3-7 mode, 3/10 of the coil is in the railing (head direction), and 7/10 of the coil is outside the railing.

2.2.3 production methods and steps

1. According to the road surface conditions and product plan, draw the line of the ground sense coil size on the road surface, and use the road cutting machine to cut the coil groove according to the line;

2. Cut 15 cm × 15 cm chamfer at the corner to prevent the hard concrete from cutting the coil at right angle, as shown in Figure 5-11 below

3. After slotting, the groove should be cleaned to make there no hard slag in the groove, and the bottom of the groove should be flat, and the groove must be blown with a water gun to rinse the mud in the groove (as shown in Figure 5-12), and then blow the groove with an air compressor to dry the water in the tank;

4. Wrap the high-temperature resistant wire FVN49/0.26 clockwise around the cutting groove for 5-6 turns, and the coil wire put into the groove should be relaxed and pay-off according to the natural state, without stress, and should be pressed to the bottom of the groove one turn at a time, as shown in Figure 5-13;

5. The lead wire of the coil is twisted in a clockwise direction (more than 20 cycles per meter) as shown in Figure 5-14, put it into the lead slot, and leave a 1.5-meter-long wire end when the line is out of the safety island or the handwell on the side of the road;

6. Before pouring asphalt or epoxy resin, measure the inductance of the coil with a multimeter, and the inductance is required to be between 120UH and 300UH;

7. For watering and covering the trunking, epoxy resin reinforcing agent scheme and hard asphalt irrigation scheme can be used.

a), hard asphalt pouring scheme, first boil the hard asphalt, and then pour the boiled asphalt along the groove, after the asphalt is cooled, along the road surface and remove the excess asphalt to ensure that the road surface is clean;

b) epoxy resin pouring scheme, first according to the ratio of epoxy resin and curing agent mix well epoxy resin, stir evenly and then pour epoxy resin at the corner of the coil trunking (trunking outlet needs to be blocked), epoxy resin flow along the line groove until the entire trunking epoxy resin spreads to the road surface flush, before the epoxy resin is not cured, do a good job of protection to prevent vehicles from driving or throwing objects falling into the trunking, epoxy resin is completely cured after the construction is completed;

8. After the coil construction is completed, it needs to be static for 1 day to ensure that the asphalt and other materials are dry and solidified.

2.2.4 Technical requirements

1. The winding wire must be tightened and straightened in the groove, but not too tight and close to the bottom of the groove, do not produce a staggered layer, the lead wire must be clockwise twisted pair, and the number of twisted pairs shall not be less than 20 twists / meter, generally as much as possible;

2. There can be no joint in the middle of all ring wires (coil wire + lead), and one wire goes to the end;

3. The poured asphalt must be fully melted to help fill every gap in the groove and tighten the coil, so that the coil will not be loosened and affected by the induction because there is a car on the road;

4. The coil line of the asphalt irrigation scheme must be resistant to high temperature to avoid asphalt scalding;

5. There should be no large amount of metal within 0.5 meters around, such as manhole covers, rain gutter covers, etc., and there should be no power supply lines exceeding 220V within 1 meter around;

6. When making multiple coils, the distance between the coils and the coils is 1.3 meters;

7. The depth of the buried trunking should be uniform, and the situation of deep and shallow should be avoided as much as possible;

8. After buried, the notch should be sealed and solidified with asphalt, epoxy resin and other materials to prevent water from entering the water in rainy days and affecting the detection;

9. The lead groove of the ground induction coil should be cut to the range of the safety island to avoid the lead wire being exposed on the road surface.

2.3 Equipment Installation

2.3.1 Pole installation

There are generally two ways to install the column, which is fixed by direct expansion bolts and fixed by prefabricated foundation parts. The specific installation steps are as follows:

1. According to the design drawings and product schemes, determine the distance and position of the pole installation, and mark the installation hole position of the pole chassis on the pole installation foundation (safety island);

2. According to the size of the supporting pole mounting hole, select the appropriate impact drill bit, and generally use 16 drill bits for expansion bolts of 12;

3. Punch holes in the marked position;

4. Punch the expansion screw into the hole and tighten it so that it does not shake, and then remove the nut and gasket;

5. Put the pole on and align the installation screws;

6. Put on the gasket fastening nut. This is shown in Figure 5-14

2.3.2 Install the capture unit

The capture unit is installed on the top of the pole, and the installation of the capture unit is divided into three components. They are protective covers, universal joints, and hoops. Among them, the installation of the protective cover is mainly the installation of the sunshade and the main body of the protective cover, the hoop is used to fix the installation position, and the universal joint is used to connect the protective cover

Find the screws, gaskets, PTFE pads, washers, etc. from the capture unit accessory kit;

Secure the pad post to the cover of the shroud;

Align the sunshade hole with the center hole of the pad column, fix the sunshade firmly with screws, and the installation diagram is shown in Figure 5-15, and the effect after installation is shown in the following figure.

b. Universal joint installation instructions

First, connect the protective cover with the universal joint, as shown in Figure 5-16, there are two screw holes at the bottom of the protective cover:

The universal joint is divided into upper and lower sides, wherein below are two screw holes corresponding to the protective cover. When installing, align this screw hole with the screw hole of the protective cover, and use the hexagon socket screw in the accessory package to fix it to complete the installation of the protective cover and universal joint. In the same way, use the screws in the accessory kit to secure the other side of the gimbal to the top of the pole. Figure 5-17 shows the installation effect

2.3.3 Install video fill lights

Install the fill light according to the requirements of the equipment layout drawing. Use a gimbal or hoop to fix the fill light, fix it with a stainless steel nut, and adjust the angle of the light up and down, left and right before fixing.

The installation position of the fill light is installed on the same pole or sub-pole with the capture unit according to the product scheme or design scheme, the same pole installation of the fill light is installed at the bottom of the pole, and the sub-pole is installed on the supporting pole. Figure 5-18 shows the basic method.

2.3.4 Install the all-in-one capture machine

Hoisting:

1. The user makes and installs the boom and flange according to the diameter of the screw that comes with the machine, and the hoisting machine is shown in the following figure:

2. Tighten the four screws that come with the machine to complete the installation.

Stand-up:

1. The user can choose the vertical pole (Hikvision), and the vertical machine is shown in the following figure:

2. Insert the machine into the vertical pole and lock the hexagon socket screws to complete the installation.

2.3.5 Automatic transmission and control machine installation requirements

1. The fuselage of the entrance and exit control machine and automatic car transmission device should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and its maximum inclination is not more than 1°, and it is recommended to add a cement platform or cement foundation at the installation site, and the foundation size is 400mm*400mm*400mm;

2. The automatic transmission lever should be perpendicular to the direction of driving, and its verticality error shall not exceed 1°;

3. The entrance and exit control machine or automatic transmission device should not be installed in low-lying areas to prevent the adverse effects of water accumulation on the equipment or cause the equipment to not work normally;

4. All equipment should be fixed firmly, and there should be no loosening or swaying;

5. The wiring distance between the entrance and exit control machine and the control room management computer should be less than 70 meters, and when the distance is greater than that, the optical fiber transmission mode should be adopted;

6. When fixing, it is necessary to use No. 20 bricks for opening holes and No. 16 bolts for fixing

2.4 Precautions for entrance and exit construction

1. The wires connected to all external devices should not be too long, so as not to cause short circuit caused by exposure;

2. The 220V strong current and signal lines should be laid separately, and they should not be worn in the same tube, and the distance should be greater than 50CM;

3. The cable must be marked when wiring, so as to facilitate future installation, commissioning and maintenance;

4. All wiring must be sleeved, PVC pipe and galvanized pipe can be used to avoid failure caused by mice biting off the line;

5. When wiring, try to avoid wires with joints;

6. The construction should be strictly in accordance with the wiring requirements;

7. The pipe hole should be cleaned before threading, butter or talcum powder should be smeared when the cable is threaded, the cable entering the nozzle should be kept straight, and moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and other treatment measures should be taken;

8. The size and placement of the entrance and exit control machine, the entrance and exit automatic transmission device, and the entrance and exit camera are the same, and the size of the ground induction coil is the same.
