Institutions believe that the core driving force of the recent upward movement of Hong Kong stocks comes from the improvement of the capital side. At the same time, judging from the EPFR data, overseas active fund funds continued to flow out of Hong Kong stocks in April, or pointed to the fact that the funds flowing into Hong Kong stocks in this round are mainly transactional funds, and the hedging and trading purpose of funds is stronger. (2) Domestic investment: Since March, southbound funds have continued to increase, the turnover of Hong Kong Stock Connect has increased significantly, and high dividends are still the main line of Hong Kong stock trading.
