1. Registration
(1) Operational procedures
1. Enter in the browser: to open the 2024 Beijing Compulsory Education Enrollment Service Platform, determine the district where you are located to start filling in, and enter the district-level entrance selection interface. As shown in Figure 1:

2. Click on "Primary School Admission Services" and select the service. As shown in Figure 2:

3. Click on "Enrollment Service for School-age Children with Household Registration in Shanghai". As shown in Figure 3:

4. After entering the login page of "Enrollment Service for School-age Children with Household Registration in Shanghai", click the "Register" button. As shown in Figure 4:

5. Go to the registration page for school-age children, please read the instructions to the guardian carefully before filling in the information, and check "I have carefully read and agree to the terms" after 10 seconds and click the "Confirm" button. As shown in Figure 5:

6. Fill in the registration information according to the actual situation of the child and the system prompts, check the "Personal Information Protection Policy" after filling in the registration information, and check "I have read and agreed" after reading. Then click "Submit Information" to complete the information registration. As shown in Figure 6:

7. The system prompts "The information is successfully registered, and your account is: 24******. This account is a login account and will be sent to your mobile phone in the form of a text message, please keep it safe. The system automatically jumps to the information collection navigation page. At this point, you have reached the "Enter Details" stage, and click "Enter Details" to enter the details. As shown in Figure 7:

(2) Precautions
1. Items with "*" are required;
2. For any of the child's household registration and place of residence, the selected school district must be determined with the user
Consistency in order to complete the registration;
3. Only one account can be registered with one ID number;
4. Please fill in the date format provided by the system.
5. Each guardian's mobile phone number is allowed to register a maximum of three accounts;
6. The password should be 8~20 digits long, and must include numbers, lowercase letters, and uppercase letters;
7. The SMS code must be the same as the 6-digit verification code received by the registered mobile phone number to complete the registration.
2. Detailed information entry
(1) Operational procedures
1. Click the "Enter Details" button. As shown in Figure 8:

2. The legal guardian fills in the details according to the actual situation and the system prompts. After confirming that everything is correct, click "Submit Information" to complete the detailed information entry. As shown in Figure 9:

3. After the user submits the details successfully, the submitted information enters the information pending review state.
(2) Precautions
1. Fields with "*" are required;
2. The basic information filled in when registering an account cannot be modified;
3. If you have any doubts, in order to avoid misoperation, please consult the education committee of the district where you are enrolled.
3. Check the status of information review
(1) Operational procedures
1. Log in to the "Enrollment Service for School-age Children with Household Registration" with the account and password generated during registration, and click "ID Card and Household Registration Information Verification" in the navigation bar to check the information verification status. As shown in Figure 10:

(2) Precautions
If the status of the information shows "ID card and household registration information to be verified", it means that the student's information is being verified, and if "ID card and household registration information verified" is displayed, it means that the ID card and household registration information have been verified. 4. Print the information collection form
(1) Operational procedures
1. When you have reached the stage of "Print Information Collection Form", you can click "Print Information Collection Form" to enter the school-age population information collection form viewing page. As shown in Figure 12:

2. Click the "Download School-age Population Information Collection Form" button at the top left to download it to your local computer and print it. As shown in Figure 13:

(2) Precautions
1. The school-age population information collection form is a necessary material for pre-registration at primary school;
2. It is recommended to use Google Chrome and Firefox browsers.
5. Check the admission results
(1) Operational procedures
According to the unified schedule of the district, users can log in to the platform and select "View Enrollment Results" in the enrollment stage to view the enrollment status. As shown in Figure 14:

(2) Precautions
After the pre-registration of the school is completed and submitted to the District Education Commission for approval, parents of school-age children can log in to the platform to view the enrollment status.
6. Forgot your password to log in
(1) Operational procedures
1. Users who have forgotten the login password of the "Enrollment Service for School-age Children with Household Registration in Shanghai" click the "Forgot Password" button and reset the password after passing the information verification.
Go to the login page of "Enrollment Service for School-age Children with Household Registration in Shanghai" and click "Forgot Password". As shown in Figure 15:

2. Enter the correct 8-digit child information collection form number or the child's ID number and registered mobile phone number, click "Get SMS Verification Code", and the system will send the 6-digit SMS code to the mobile phone used by the guardian to register the account. As shown in Figure 16:

3. Enter the correct account number, SMS verification code and image verification code, and click "Login" to log in to the system. If you can't read the image verification code clearly, you can click "Change One" to change the image verification code.
(2) Precautions
1. The child information collection number box can enter the 8-digit number generated at the time of registration or the child's ID number;
2. The image verification code entered must be consistent with the image displayed in order to log in to the system;
3. The SMS verification code must be the same as the 6-digit verification code received by the registered mobile phone number to complete the verification.
7. Accessibility
(1) Change the password
1. Log in to the system and click "Change Password" in the upper right corner. As shown in Figure 17:

2. Open the password change page, click "Get Verification Code", and the system will send the 6-digit verification code to the registered mobile phone number in the form of SMS. As shown in Figure 18:

3. After you click "Get Verification Code", you can't click it again for 180 seconds. As shown in Figure 19:

4. After entering the password and SMS verification code that are exactly the same twice, click the "Confirm" button, and the system prompts "Password Modified Successfully", which means that the password has been changed successfully. The next time you log in, please use the changed password.
(2) Cancellation of account
1. After logging in to the system, click "Cancel Account" in the upper right corner. As shown in Figure 20:

8. Other notes
For the collection of enrollment information for school-age children in the following situations, please consult the district education committee where the school is enrolled.
1. Foreign school-age children;
2. Over-age children with household registration in Beijing;
3. Hong Kong and Macao school-age children;
4. Children of Taiwan compatriots recognized by the District Taiwan Affairs Office, children of overseas Chinese recognized by the District Overseas Chinese Affairs Department, children of postdoctoral researchers in Beijing recognized by the state or Beijing Municipal Postdoctoral Management Department, children of active military personnel who meet the requirements for entering Beijing with the military and are going through the formalities of joining the army, and one of the parents is a school-age child with household registration in Beijing or holding a "Beijing Work and Residence Permit".
For other matters not covered herein, please consult the education committee of the district where the enrollment is located.

If the status of the information shows "ID card and household registration information to be verified", it means that the student's information is being verified, and if it shows "ID card and household registration information verified", it means that the identity and household registration information of the information have been verified. 2. According to the schedule of each district, the results of the admission qualification review will be announced one after another, please refer to the admission policy of each district or consult the district education committee.
3. Only school-age children who have passed the enrollment review can print the information collection form.
4. Print the information collection form
(1) Operational procedures
1. When all the audit items are approved, click "Print Information Collection Form" to enter the school-age population information collection form viewing page. As shown in Figure 12:

6. Forgot your password to log in
