Walking with the Law and Growing Up Worry-free -- Xiejiaba Primary School in Pingshan County carried out a special lecture on legal education on "Protection of Minors and Prevention of Juvenile Crime".
In order to further advance the establishment of the rule of law in schools, build a safe, stable, and harmonious campus environment, enhance students' legal awareness, and cultivate law-abiding and law-understanding teenagers. On the afternoon of May 16, 2024, Xie Jiaba Primary School in Pingshan County invited Zhu Bao, deputy director of the Pingshan Town Police Station, to give a special lecture on "Doing a Good Job in the Protection of Minors and Preventing Juvenile Delinquency".
Before the meeting, Luo Bing, director of the security office of Xiejiaba Primary School in Pingshan County, made a publicity and mobilization for this event. Through wonderful explanations, vivid videos, and real cases, Officer Zhu popularized traffic safety, fire safety, anti-abduction, anti-bullying and other safety knowledge to the students.
According to the age characteristics of the students, Officer Zhu taught the students self-rescue and self-protection methods, anti-abduction and anti-deception skills, and smart tips to escape from danger from different angles. Special emphasis is placed on identifying and responding to bullying in schools, reminding students how to prevent and respond to bullying, and encouraging everyone to be brave enough to say "no" to bullying.
Finally, Liu Baoying, vice principal of Xiejiaba Primary School in Pingshan County, summarized the event. It is hoped that students will conscientiously study legal knowledge, learn to analyze, learn to distinguish, learn to refuse, learn to use the law as a weapon to protect themselves, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, consciously abide by various laws and regulations and social and public moral norms, establish a correct outlook on life and values, and be a good citizen who understands and abides by the law in the future.
