The countries where the Sex Trade in Europe is fully legal are the Netherlands and Germany. The Dutch industry, in particular, is the most representative.
The Dutch government has introduced a policy that explicitly regulates the sex industry in a formal and orderly manner, from which both parties to the sex trade can profit. In Germany, prostitution is legal. In 2001, the German Government of Schroeder passed a law specifically protecting the rights and social welfare of prostitutes, which stipulates that prostitutes can negotiate contracts with their clients before working, and if the prostitutes later repent and refuse to pay, the Prostitutes in Germany have the right to accuse them and appeal on the basis of the contents of the contract.
