1 bitter gourd
Salt 2g
Cooking oil to taste
🍳 Method.
1. Crush the salted egg yolk with a spoon and set aside.
2. Wash the bitter gourd and cut it in half, scrape off the inner flesh, and scrape it as cleanly as possible.
