Zhang Keqi and his nostalgic prose

When Zhang Keqi was studying at Linqu Normal School, he had just begun to create literature and often participated in the literary workshop held by the county literary federation. At that time, I was the chairman of the county literary federation, and we often met when he was listening to lectures. After graduating from school, he worked as a teacher at Dongyuan Primary School and Longquan Primary School in the county, and some literature lovers in the county spontaneously came to my house to gather and exchange creative experience, and he was one of the backbones. At that time, he was mainly engaged in prose writing. In the days of teaching in school, he created some short and concise prose in his spare time, which was continuously published in provincial and municipal newspapers and periodicals. The influence of his character and works made him emerge in the county literary and art circles, his reputation expanded, and he continued to grow up, which attracted the attention and attention of the propaganda and cultural department of the county party committee, and he was transferred to the Propaganda Department together with Zhu Honglei, a writer in our county, who was arranged in the county literary federation and also concurrently served as a material writer in the research office of the Propaganda Department.
He later served as the vice chairman of the county literary federation and the chairman of the writers association, and while vigorously carrying out the work of the literary federation and cultivating the literary creation team in our county, he also worked hard to create his own literary creation achievements and improve his own creative level. In recent years, he has assisted the chairman of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, established more than 20 literary and art associations in the county, and carried out conscientious work for a long time, many associations have created a new situation, done a lot of work, and received commendations and awards from provinces and cities. In his spare time, he presided over the work of the Writers' Association, with outstanding results, and founded a literary journal, "Linqu Literature", which has been published for more than a dozen issues, organized backbone authors to collect more than 30 styles for counties, towns and enterprises, and wrote more than 800 articles, which promoted the work of the county and was praised by the leaders. Over the past few years, in terms of cultivating the creative team, he has made certain contributions, recommended the development of more than 20 members of the municipal writers association, 8 members of the provincial level, and 2 members of the Chinese Writers Association, guided and encouraged the publication of more than 20 literary books, wrote more than 30 prefaces and commentaries, and actively carried out literary and artistic volunteer services in coordination with the volunteer association, which enlivened the cultural activities of the masses in the county.
Zhang Keqi has been engaged in literary creation for more than 20 years, the progress is by leaps and bounds, dedication and dedication, give full play to the natural talent, as early as the 30 or 40 years of youth, has enjoyed a reputation in the national literary circles, joined the Chinese Writers Association, and became a top creative talent in the province. The 200,000-word essay collection "Awake in the Night" was published by Guangzhou Publishing House, and the 230,000-word essay collection "Talking to a Tree for an Afternoon" was published by Anhui Publishing House. His nostalgic prose has been published in "Essays" and "Prose Hundred Families", and has been selected by "Selected Essays" and "Essay Overseas Edition" for 2 articles, and has won many awards. He and Zhu Honglei have been selected as contracted writers in Weifang City twice, and the Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature and the Writers Association have held their first symposium of signed writers in our county, and the editor-in-chief of the provincial "Times Literature" has personally attended this meeting. At the end of last year, Zhang Keqi was also absorbed as a contracted writer of the Shandong Provincial Writers Association, and was the only one in the Weifang prose category.
At the end of last year, good news came from the Shandong Writers Association that Zhang Keqi's single essay "A Village and a River" won the National Sun Li Prose Award, one of the five writers in the province, and the only one in Weifang. This is the highest award I have won for prose writing in the history of literature in my county. Sun Li is a famous prose and novelist in the mainland, the Sun Li Literature Award has been held for 30 sessions, the prose category is selected once every three years, Zhang Keqi's prose in our county has finally won the award, I, as his literary friend, once the leader of the old literary association, is very happy and warmly congratulated for his highest honor. His essay, based on the Wen River in our county, the construction of the Gaoya Reservoir, and the relocation of his hometown of Zhao Zhuang, is more than 8,000 words long, and the villagers' nostalgia for their hometown, and the support of the state in water conservancy construction, people's lives and other aspects, as well as the new changes in their hometown. Zhang Keqi's essay, he put a lot of effort into writing, earlier wrote the first draft, before the publication of "Shandong Literature" and rewrote it again, and repeatedly revised. The theme is clear, the text is fresh, the events are written in detail, the story can be unfolded, and the reader is very infectious. The material used in this essay falls into the hands of the master who wrote the essay, and if the novelist masters it, he may be able to write a good novel.
Zhang Keqi's nostalgic prose has a wide range of writing, including landscapes that reflect the natural features of the whole county, Yishan, Songshan, Laolongwan, and Shimenfang, all of which have issued many influential famous articles, the family affection in the area of Zhao Zhuang, the history of the township, the history of the village, the history of the family, and the nostalgia left behind; the construction of the whole county, the water cliff reservoir, the cattle village, the lavender scenic spot, the North Yellow Valley, the hermit, etc., have left vivid and poetic handwriting. Many short essays, such as "Those Fragments That Hit My Life", "Nanshan Asking for Directions", "The Moon at the Mouth of the Village", etc., have been published in high-grade newspapers and periodicals. As for his prose writing techniques, the vivid and simple language, and the unique characteristics of nostalgia, I will not repeat them here.
Speaking of which, Zhang Keqi has been engaged in literary creation for decades, and he can be called an old writer in the county. There are enough works to write, enough writing experience, and the literary and artistic circles in this county also belong to the leadership and the leading figures in the group of authors, and contain good creative potential. As an old literary author, I hope that he and other backbone writers and famous artists in the county will open their hearts and look far ahead, do not regard literary creation as a personal matter, and strive unceasingly, give full play to their hobbies and wisdom geniuses to the greatest extent, and push the county's literary creation to the peak of national literature.
Feng Enchang was born in 1937 in Linqu, Shandong. He once served as the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee and the chairman of the Literary Association, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, a member of the Chinese Folk Artists Association, a director of the Shandong Prose Literature Association, a standing director of the China Vernacular Poets Association, a famous poet and writer of the National Pastoral School, a representative of the "Rural Small Courtyard School", and was known as the god of Oriental poetry. His works have won many awards at home and abroad, and have won the honorary title of lifetime achievement of the highest award of folk literature in the Asia-Pacific region, "Golden Flying Eagle Award", and have been named the title of world cultural celebrity and national first-class artist, the inheritor of the legend of Feng Weimin, and has published 23 literary monographs, "Sugar Gourd" and "Hometown Cicada Song", which have been selected to read textbooks in full-time middle schools nationwide.
