Lin Chunfen, pen name Lou Xinchen, as an English teacher at Longwan District Haibin Middle School, although her work place is not in Dongtou, she is concerned about her hometown, and in addition to teaching work, she has returned to Dongtou many times to participate in the exchange and collection activities of the Haixia Women's Prose Club organized by the District Federation of Literature and Literature. He has created a number of prose works with island characteristics, and published them in literary journals such as Jiangnan Vision and Wenzhou Literature.

Also an educator, Zeng Xiangqin has been engaged in preschool education in our district for many years and has always maintained the habit of recording essays every day. In a competition organized by the District Writers Association, Zeng Xiangqin's work won the first prize, allowing her to discover her "talent" in literature.

The article that won the first prize was a great boost to me. Later, I joined the Dongtou Haixia Women's Prose Club, and often interacted, studied, and collected styles with the teachers of the essay club, and got a great improvement.
In recent years, a total of 2 writers in our district have joined the China Writers Association, 24 writers have joined the Provincial Writers Association, and 38 are municipal members. In addition, there are 5 writers in our district who have entered the ranks of "new Dutch writers" in Zhejiang Province.
Known as the "Pearl of the East China Sea", Dongtou has natural marine natural resources and unique marine cultural endowments. In recent years, the District Federation of Literature and Literature has promoted the development of marine culture by creating state-level golden business cards such as "Island of Chinese Poetry", "Hometown of Chinese (Dongtou) Fishermen's Painting" and "Chinese Photography Island", and has successively held two international marine poetry festivals, the first "China (Dongtou) Fishermen's Painting Exhibition" and the national and provincial island style photography exhibitions.

We have carried out a series of cultural projects with regional characteristics, such as the Coastline Poetry Salon, the Haixia Women's Prose Collection, and the Island Hundred Villages Volunteer Service Collection. Wenlian "Hundred Islands" magazine has long paid attention to the recommendation of marine literary works, and last year we also compiled and printed the "Dongtou Marine Folk Customs Ceremony Music Collection", which are the specific manifestations of marine culture in our Dongtou.
Through a series of activities, while creating a large number of literary works, a number of cutting-edge writers have also been excavated, which has injected new vitality into the literary and artistic development of our region. At present, a total of 12 backbone young and middle-aged writers and artists in our district have been paired with domestic literary and artistic masters, and since 2020, a total of 4 members of national first-level associations and 20 members of provincial-level associations have been added.
Next, the District Federation of Literature and Literature will focus on "going deep into life and taking root in the people" and take the "Eight Advances in Literature and Art" activity as the carrier to serve the revitalization of the countryside. Carry out "going to the people" counseling training, exhibition display, literary and art support teaching, "pairing, culture", etc., build an integrated literary and art volunteer association system in the whole region, and normalize brand activities such as "Literary and Art Volunteer Service in 100 Villages of Wenlian", "Haixia Little Writer Class", "Haixia Volunteer Service Tutor Group Entering the Campus", "Taking Warm Family Portraits", "Sending Blessings and Sending Spring Festivals" and so on.

Producing works and talents can be said to be the most core and basic task of our literary association. In this regard, we mainly improve the level of literary and artistic works and talent training in our region through measures such as rewarding literary and artistic works, pairing famous artists one-on-one, compiling and printing high-quality books, guiding works to submit, and recommending a number of potential works to participate in national, provincial and municipal competitions and exhibitions.
