Recently, the 2021 China Writers Association's 2021 theme of "going deep into life, taking root in the people" practical experience exchange and entrepreneurship work conference was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Qiu Huadong and Deng Kai, secretaries of the Secretariat of the China Writers Association, and Peng Xueming, director of the Joint Department of the China Writers Association, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the advanced collectives, advanced individuals and advanced individuals in the practice of the theme of "going deep into life and taking root in the people" were commended. The Shaanxi Writers Association was commended as "Advanced Collective in the Practice of the Theme of 'Going Deep into Life and Taking Root in the People'", the Yan'an Writers Association was commended as "Advanced Collective of Grassroots Organizations", Lin Xiaodong, deputy secretary general of the Provincial Writers Association and director of the Creative Association, was commended as "Advanced Individual in Creative Liaison Work", and writers Wang Weimin, Gao Hong, and Cui Wansheng were commended as "Advanced Individuals in the Practice of the Theme of 'Going Deep into Life and Taking Root in the People'".
It is understood that Wang Weimin, who won the commendation of "Advanced Individual in the Practice of the Theme of 'Going Deep into Life and Taking Root in the People'", is a member of the China Writers Association, the vice chairman of the Writers Association of Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, the winner of the Fifth Liuqing Literature Award, the top ten figures who moved Shangluo in 2019, and the seventh moral model of Shangluo City. Wang Weimin has long been engaged in the creation of local literature, publishing novels such as "Wind and Snow Altai" and "Wild Zhuangzi", and opening "Peasant Classroom".
At the award ceremony, Wang Weimin talked about his creative feelings. Wang Weimin: The fiery life has provided me with creative nutrition, the earth-shaking changes in the countryside have touched me and inspired me, and the "peasant classroom" is the feeling and responsibility that a writer should have, and it is also my motivation for writing. Starting from the first "Peasant Classroom" of "Going Deep into Life and Taking Root in the People", I have held more than a hundred sessions so far, testing the soul of a writer and the responsibility of the times!
Wang Weimin said that receiving the commendation is an encouragement to himself, but also a starting point for injecting new era content into the "peasant classroom", and it will surely become the source of his creation of rural themes!
