Because the epidemic could not go out, 10-year-old Liang Liang took his father's mobile phone to play the king's glory game, and purchased 10,000 yuan of skin, hero and other virtual products, which were later discovered by his father. So, can the money still be returned?

According to the provisions of the Civil Code, minors over the age of eight are persons with limited capacity for civil conduct, and the implementation of civil juristic acts is to be represented by their legally-designated representatives or with the consent and retroactive recognition of their legally-designated representatives. Therefore, 10-year-old Liang Liang, as a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, paid 10,000 yuan to the game platform, which is inconsistent with his age and intelligence, and in the case that Liang Liang's legal representative does not posthumously recognize, the act is invalid, and the game platform should return the money.
