A few days ago, the online car market obtained a set of pictures of Lexus's first pure electric SUV - RZ 450e model, the new car is scheduled to debut in overseas markets on the 20th of this month, and is expected to be listed and sold within this year. At the same time, the new car will be introduced to the domestic market in the form of imports in the future, and will compete with the Audi Q4 e-tron and other pure electric SUV models.
It is reported that Lexus' new RZ 450e model will be built on the Toyota e-TNGA platform together with Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra, and provide 71.4 kW·h single-motor models and 72.8kW·h dual-electric motor models for consumers to purchase, with a maximum cruising range of 406km and 367km, and a maximum output of 150kW and 160kW, respectively.
As can be seen from the actual car pictures released, Lexus' new RZ 450e front face is equipped with a multi-banner closed grille, and the LED headlight group shape on both sides remains highly similar to the brand's ES model. The C-pillar on the side of the body adopts the design style of a sneak-back sports coupe, and the rear of the car also provides a through-LED taillight group, which further enhances the recognition of the model.
In the interior, Lexus' new RZ 450e is equipped with an aircraft-like joystick-shaped multi-function steering wheel, a fully LCD digital instrument and a large recessed screen, and an electronic knob-type gear shift mechanism is also provided below.
