The paint shop also adopts the world's most advanced dry spray paint system, which improves air recyclability by 95%, saves energy by up to 60%, and replaces traditional solvent-based products with the latest generation of waterborne coatings, which greatly reduces the VOCs content. In addition, the roofing photovoltaic project is built using an area of more than 50,000 square meters on the roof of the engine plant, which can support the engine plant to produce 50-60% of the electricity consumption in the day shift, and since 2018, the cumulative power generation capacity has been 19 million kWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 13,370 tons.
