In order to completely solve this "hidden danger", I took advantage of the opportunity of my wife's return to her mother's house on Saturday to give the family a thorough cleanup. Medicines, kettles, scissors, coins... Everything that is not suitable for children to play with, I put it on the shelf.

Of course, this also includes my most beloved books, which are scattered on 3 shelves, each of which is carefully selected from bookstores and fairs. The first page of each book is neatly written with a neutral pen and basic information such as the date of purchase and the place of purchase. In order to better enjoy these spiritual treasures, in my free time, I also made a book catalog of more than 150 books I bought on the computer according to time, category, and country, so that I could consult it at any time.

The process of sorting out books is actually a learning process, looking at the "old friends" who get along day and night, I have regained a learning opportunity.

There is poetry and bookishness in the belly. Over the years, it is precisely because of the nourishment of these books that I have won a series of honorary titles such as the "Top Ten" correspondents of Sanmenxia Daily and the advanced workers of anti-corruption and honesty propaganda of the Lushi County Discipline Inspection Commission. Looking back on the path of life I have traveled, it can be said that at every crossroads in my life, these books have given me a guiding light.

I remember that in 1997, when I just graduated from college, because the work had not yet been implemented, I was depressed, inferior, and complained. During that time, I couldn't listen to the advice of my family and friends, but I just wandered around every day and did nothing. Later, inadvertently, in a dilapidated wooden box at home, I flipped through the novel "Ordinary World" that I bought when I was in college.

Re-reading this book rekindled the dream in my heart. I deeply feel the same way about the various encounters of the protagonist Sun Shaoping in the book. When I was a child, my family was not rich, and it was common to light kerosene lamps every night. Later, when the electricity supply was normal, I went with the children to the house of the "rich man" in the village to watch TV.

Childhood is always unforgettable, as I grew older, my childhood friends all dropped out of school and went home, and I was the only one who finished elementary school, junior high school, high school, and then entered college, all of which is very similar to Sun Shaoping's situation. The most important point is that since reading the novel "Ordinary World", I have gradually changed my view of going to college, and I naively thought that as long as I was admitted to college, I could completely relax, and each homework did not ask for a high score, 60 points, and I would have a diploma in the future.

However, after reading this novel that touched the heart, I was awakened by the reality of Sun Shaoping's encounters with walls everywhere. Knowledge is power, and nothing can be done without culture. Since then, I have been angry at reading, and my grades are among the best.

Looking back on Lu Yao's novel "Ordinary World" now, I have a very fortunate feeling. It was under the inspiration of this novel that I found my own shadow from the protagonist Sun Shaoping, and took Sun Shaoping as an example to motivate myself to move forward, thus walking out of the trough of that period of life.

Deep in memory, liking to read books and listening to radio reviews has a lot to do with it. It was during my elementary school years that I listened to Tian Lianyuan's "Yang Jiajiang", "Bao Gong Case", Liu Lanfang's "Yue Fei Biography" and other commentaries from the radio, and since then, Bao Gong, Di Renjie, Hai Rui and other Qing officials have become eternal heroes in my mind, and among these commentaries, the most impressive one is the "Horse of the Horse" in "Bao Gong Case".

Chen Shimei read hard in the cold window, bitterly and willingly, the title of the golden list, was recruited by the emperor as the east bed horse, for a while, the spring breeze was proud, and the power was smoked. However, in order to protect his glory and wealth, he covered up the situation that he already had wives and children, sent people to kill his wife and children, and after Han Qi killed himself in front of the temple, Qin Xianglian stopped the car and shouted injustice against the horse, and finally Bao Zheng withstood the pressure of the empress dowager, the princess and other imperial relatives, and used the dragon head to end Chen Shimei's life.

It is this familiar story that makes me have a clear understanding of the Qingtian Grand Master in the hearts of the people. So in a variety of bookstores, I resolutely chose this favorite book - "The Story of Bao Gong".

I still vividly remember the days when the book was just bought and brought home, and I exhausted all the time I could to read more than 300 pages of the novel in two days. Although it has been nearly twenty years since "Tanuki Cat for Prince", "Wu Peng Case", "Judge Of Arms", etc., I still remember the details.

There are many stories about Bao Gong in the history and folklore, in addition to the horse, what makes me most admire Bao Zheng is the story of Bao Bao Mian. His nephew Bao Mian had a hard time becoming a county magistrate, but because of his corruption and perverting the law, he was killed by Bao Zheng and righteous, and the law was rectified on the spot. On the one hand, Bao Zheng owes a lot to his sister-in-law who has the grace of nurturing, on the other hand, he has no shame in the laws of the country, so between one public and one private, bao Zheng's lofty righteousness of single-mindedly serving the people and not being selfish.

Coincidentally, the two stories are quite representative, the former Bao Zheng is not afraid of the powerful, and does not hesitate to take off the top of the black veil to cut off the horse and the dragon head, highlighting the rule of law thinking that everyone is equal before the law. The latter, on the other hand, is similar to the current viewpoint of "striking iron must be hardened by itself" and resolutely punishing "black under the lights" and other viewpoints on comprehensively and strictly administering the party.

Since I joined the work, it is precisely because of the influence of this book that I have great respect for the valuable political qualities and political courage of the CPC in daring to self-criticize, dare to correct mistakes, and unremittingly pursue the truth, and I am even more confident in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

In July 2015, my life ushered in another opportunity, I have been working in the transportation system for 19 years, just in time for the county to openly select inspectors, buried in my heart for many years of "clean official dream" was activated again. With my father's support, I signed up for the selection exam, went through a written test, interviewed, and finally became an honorable inspector.

Faced with the new working environment, I worked in school and learned, and soon changed roles and adapted to my new job. In August 2020, due to the needs of my work, I was transferred to the Propaganda Department of the County Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission to engage in the anti-corruption and clean publicity work that I loved. Collect materials, take pictures, write manuscripts, compile and distribute public account information every day... Busy work is fulfilling and challenging.

Now, having entered the age of confusion, while doing my job well, I make full use of my spare time to hunt for my favorite books on the Internet. Whenever the night is quiet, put a good book in front of the bed, study it carefully, and finally slowly fall asleep, which has become my habit for many years.
