Qiu Lusheng, the word Autumn Rain. Born in November 1959, a native of Shanghang County, Fujian Province. Since childhood, he has loved the art of calligraphy and painting. Gong seal, subordinate; prepared fine body; good at list books; also studied oil painting and Chinese painting. On the basis of studying calligraphy and absorbing the essence of ancient inscriptions, he gradually formed his own style of calligraphy. His works have repeatedly participated, exhibited and won awards in domestic and foreign calligraphy and painting competitions.

In 1977, he went to the countryside, joined the work the following year, and joined the Communist Party of China in 1985. Graduated from Xiamen University in 1994 (on-the-job). Contemporary calligrapher and artist.

In January 1995, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Outstanding Statistician of Industrial Enterprises" by the National Bureau of Statistics.

In August 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Art Master" by the Chinese Popular Literature and Art Research Association, and the plaque of "Chinese Art Master Qiu Lusheng Studio" was also awarded.

Qiu Lusheng is now a national first-class artist. In 2015, his calligraphy and painting works were included in the compilation (exhibition) of "Painting Shadow Ink Edge ~ East China Power Grid Staff Photography Calligraphy and Painting Works Collection (VI)".

In 2016 and 2017, he participated in the National Calligraphy Art Network Competition held by the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association for two consecutive years, and won the Excellent Work Award and the Excellence Award respectively.

In 2018, he participated in the National Calligraphy and Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition held by him again, and won the Excellent Work Award again. In 2019, he participated in the "Works Selection Competition for the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" held by China Education Television and won the second prize.

In February 2020, he was selected as a member of the Zhongjian Association for the online exhibition of calligraphy works "Unity of Purpose, Defeating the Epidemic".

In September 2021, he participated in the "First New York Beijing International Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Exhibition" held by the World Federation of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, and won the bronze medal.

Qiu Lusheng's works have been permanently collected by many institutions at home and abroad, as well as political and business dignitaries. Representative works include: Lishu banner "Unity of Hearts" and "Heroic Triumph"; Lishu banner "Qinyuan Spring Snow"; Zhangli Zhongtang "Seven Laws Long March", "Picking Mulberries chongyang"; and four screens "Will Enter the Wine". At the same time, he has won many awards and honors in various exchanges and exhibition competitions at home and abroad.

Qiu Lusheng has been invited by the World Federation of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting (The Sino-Foreign Art Exchange Center of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism) to participate in the calligraphy and painting exchange exhibitions held in the United States, France, Britain, Italy, Russia, Greece, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Norway, Australia, Hungary, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, the Philippines, Turkey, Japan, Georgia, Malaysia and other countries, as well as Hong Kong, Macao and other places. The horizons have been broadened and the artistic level has been improved.

Qiu Lusheng's calligraphy work "Exotic Mountains and Rivers, Wind and Moon on the Same Day" was made by relevant departments into a postcard of "The World Joins Hands to Fight the Epidemic" 100 Artists Sending Blessings" and presented it to the embassies of 10 countries such as Russia, Iran and Turkey.
