The China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association is a national-level hard pen calligraphy society prepared by Pang Zhonghua and others, approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China in 1993, and registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. After strict assessment at all levels, Ouyang Gaozheng was elected as a member of the Sixth Press, Publication and Media Working Committee of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association.
The China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association is composed of hard pen calligraphy groups from all over the country, as well as hard pen calligraphers, hard pen calligraphy theory, research and educators, and is currently the largest calligraphy group in China. The purpose of the association is: to support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love the motherland and the people, abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, abide by social ethics, and consciously strengthen the construction of creditworthiness and self-discipline. Practice the core values of socialism, let hundreds of millions of Chinese write Chinese characters well, improve the writing level of Chinese characters, improve the level of hard pen calligraphy art creation, carry forward Chinese culture, practice great calligraphy, and strive to realize the "Chinese Dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Guan Moyun, founder and curator of China Calligraphy Communication Network, is currently a member of the Press, Publication and Media Working Committee of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a director of the Beijing Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Institute, a member of the Dongguan Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, a member of the Linwu County Calligraphers Association, and the director of the Organizing Committee of the Voice of Calligraphy National Hard Pen Competition.
