On the evening of March 23, SAIC-GM-Wuling issued an announcement on the price adjustment of new energy models, and due to the comprehensive factors such as the continuous sharp rise in the price of upstream raw materials, the official guidance price of its Wuling Hongguang MINIEV series, Wuling NanoEV and Baojun KiWi EV will be adjusted, ranging from 4,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan.
Similarly, the price adjustment does not give any reaction time and will take effect from 0:00 on March 24. For an electric vehicle of more than 100,000 or 200,000 yuan, a few thousand yuan may still be acceptable, but for a micro-electric vehicle of 30,000 or 50,000 yuan, it is not a small expense. At the same time, as the head brand in the micro-electric vehicle market, Wuling's first price increase may be just the beginning.

Wuling Hongguang MINIEV GAMEBOY series has not yet announced the price, at present, only the pre-sale stage of this adjustment is not involved, but it is expected that the price is estimated to exceed many people's expectations.
At present, the official price of SAIC-GM-Wuling official website has been updated, the guidance price of Wuling Hongguang MINIEV is 32,800-44,800 yuan, the official price of Wuling Hongguang MINIEV macaron series is 43,800-49,800 yuan, the official price of Wuling NanoEV series is 56,800-6.18 million yuan, and the official price of Wuling NanoEV Disney Crazy Animals is 66,800 yuan, all of which have been raised to varying degrees.
Specifically, first look at the 2022 Wuling Hongguang MINIEV, the price is generally increased by 4000-4200 yuan. You know, less than half a month after the 2022 model was listed, the price increase was carried out, which was really unexpected. In fact, as early as 2022, the starting price of the model increased by 6,000 yuan, and other versions have increased prices to varying degrees. It is worth mentioning that the official website of Wuling shows that the 2022 Wuling Hongguang MINIEV has added a new easy model, priced at 32,800 yuan, and the price is relatively low. In the early days of the listing in 2020, there was an "easy model", that is, the entry model at that time, which was priced at 28,800 yuan. But when the 2022 model was listed, the "easy model" was canceled, and after repeated price increases, the easy model was restored again, also in order to reduce the price of the model, but not until it could be bought.

Affected by the rising cost of raw materials, the price of lithium batteries and other prices fluctuated irregularly, resulting in new energy vehicle companies helplessly increasing prices, with Tesla, BYD, Xiaopeng and other high-performance models rising in price, this impact also began to affect the micro-electric vehicle market. As the leader of micro-electric vehicles, Wuling took the lead in raising prices as a signal, and it is not ruled out that there will be more micro-electric vehicles to follow.
Of course, for a micro-electric vehicle of 30,000 or 40,000 yuan, the price increase of 4,000-8,000 yuan is not a small expense, for the immediate additional cost, whether consumers are willing to pay the bill, it is not easy to draw conclusions.
