Su Dongpo was one of the few all-rounders among the ancient literati, and his talents in poetry, words, literature, fu, books, paintings, etc. were all extraordinary, and all of them were revered as the grandmasters of them by later generations. Among these talents, Su Dongpo achieved the most and had the most far-reaching influence on future generations. Su Dongpo innovated the Song dynasty at that time, which was mainly based on "Yanke", advocated the use of poetry as a word, opened up the word realm, and practiced strong words, creating a school of Song ci boldness, which was respected by the word world as a generation of words.
But in fact, Su Dongpo handed down more than three hundred words in his lifetime, of which the proportion of bold words is less than one-tenth. Su Dongpo is more adept at euphemisms, such as his euphemistic famous sentences "spring color three points, two points of dust, one point of flowing water", "pick up the cold branches and refuse to perch, lonely sandbar cold", "and not tao, flowing years secretly change" and so on.
Su Dongpo's euphemisms are mostly subtle and timeless, lingering and compassionate, and they are no worse than other gentle masters. Even the love of children is extremely moving, such as the following "Order to Turn Incense":

The golden furnace is still warm and the musk is still hot, and the incense is even more turned over. Where the smell is repeated, the afterglow is there, and this time, the smell is better than before.
The back man stole the Xiaopeng Mountain, and even darkened Shen Shui. And Tude, for a long time, for the deep affection, afraid of severed head smoke.
The word plate "Turning Incense Order" is said to have been created by Su Dongpo himself, and the name of the word plate is taken from the sentence "Xi Xiang even turned baochao upside down". This poem is rumored to have been composed by Su Dongpo to mourn the memory of his deceased wife Wang Fu burning incense in front of his coffin, and it is subtle and affectionate. Later generations of lexicographers commented: Concealment, po old man does not understand the language of children!
Shang yan wrote that the incense was burned to recall the past: the golden deer that used to burn incense for blessings still had some heating, but there was little musk left when reading, thinking that in order to make the aroma last, the wife used the gold noodle to turn the residual incense to make it burn for more time. Today, when I smell this fragrance again, "the smell is better than before", expressing infinite cherishing feelings.
Xia Yan turned to writing that he was adding incense in front of the coffin today, but it was "the back man who stole the small pengshan mountain", secretly opened the incense burner, and added the agarwood wood to burn together. This private incense is added, just to make the aroma longer, only for this affection, worried that the spice will be extinguished before it is burned out. (Severed head incense refers to the spices that are extinguished without burning out, ancient customs, severed head incense offerings to the Buddha, will get the evil reward of separation in the next life)
Although Su Dongpo's poem is not high in style, it is very affectionate, and he writes about people with xixiang, and his former deceased wife "Xixiang turned baochao even more"; today Dongpo is "deeply affectionate and afraid of cutting off the head of the cigarette". The depiction of the earth's demeanor is small and covered, but from this subtlety, you can see the deep feeling of longing! Although there is no universal resonance like "ten years of life and death are vast", it is true and sincere to write in the habits of life before death. Children's language, in fact, true love language also!
