In addition, Toyota will continue to expand "manufacturing", "transportation", "use" of hydrogen fuels and carbon neutral fuels in cooperation with other industries.
Among them, the hydrogen fuel engine has increased corolla power by 24%, the torque has increased by 33%, and the abnormal combustion phenomenon has been successfully suppressed, and its performance is comparable to that of gasoline engines. In addition, the GR86 will run on carbon-neutral fuel and be powered by a 1.4T turbocharged engine.
In terms of hydrogen fuel supply, Toyota has added two new partners to provide hydrogen fuel made by solar energy. In terms of transportation, the lightweight, high-pressure, and portable resin liner hydrogen storage tank will be used, and the pressure will be increased from 20 MPa to 45 MPa, which will carry about four times the capacity of the last competition. In the future, Toyota also hopes to increase the tank pressure to 70MPa and challenge more efficient hydrogen fuel transportation methods.
In terms of use, Fengti hopes to increase the cruising range through precise control of fuel injection and new technologies that turn gaseous hydrogen fuel into liquid hydrogen fuel. At the same time, it also hopes to shorten the hydrogenation time by adding hydrogenation on both sides.
