On New Year's Day and Spring Festival, there are only a few New Year's WeChat messages that I have sent or replied to.

As for the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus, with the favorable conditions for working in the hospital, it is natural to proceed step by step.

There are all kinds of claims, all kinds of methods have been tried.

Four months have passed, and there has been no improvement, or only slight improvement, and it needs to be continued.

I applied to stop the external outpatient clinic and temporarily suspended the major surgery.

As for the cause of tinnitus, it is really not clear.

Maybe it's a cause and effect.

Tinnitus did have a period of fatigue before it occurred, but the so-called pressure and the like, may have existed before, but the time period when it occurred, there really was none.

In poor health at an early age, many streptomycin and gentamicin have been used, and hearing may have been damaged.

I contacted a Shanghai expert on the Internet and gave me the following reply after reading my audiogram.

He recommended an app to me, suggested customized music therapy, and I was ready to try it.

At the same time, an otolaryngologist with a psychological background told me that this kind of inductive neuronitus is basically an "incurable disease" --- does not need treatment, it will be a good disease. One of the means is to do what you like, distract yourself, don't think about it, accept it, get used to it, and then....... It's just fine.

Sounds so wonderful!

But how easy is it?

That kind of sharp squeak is not the whisper of a beautiful woman like a breath.

However, I choose to believe!

But what to start with?

Before tinnitus occurred, I spent three weeks sorting out the photos of the past years by date, which was indeed an extremely large project, and may even be the cause of tinnitus.

The purpose of compiling the photos is to provide several handstanding photos for an article that will be published in the overseas edition of the People's Daily, "Surgery on a 9-year-old girl, before it starts, my hands are shaking a little..."

Behind the handstand photos, there are hundreds of thousands of photos, all taken while traveling.

At present, the epidemic continues to be in a period of normalization prevention and control, and many places are places that we want to go but cannot go, even if there is no epidemic, there is no time and opportunity to go. I thought since I'd had the privilege of being there, I might as well share these photos and tell stories as I please.

Since it started from looking for handstand photos, and some colleagues joked that maybe tinnitus is handstanding, although it was denied by entolaryngologists, then I will start with the handstand!

Omaha Beach was the code name for one of the four major Allied landing sites during the Battle of Normandy in World War II.
