For car owners, car quality issues are particularly important. Car recalls are not all "bad things", representing the manufacturer's active attitude of taking responsibility and being willing to remedy the safety hazards of products that have occurred or will occur. However, the excessively frequent recalls also reflect the lack of quality control of some products, causing consumers to lose confidence in the brand's products.
