The vivo X100 Ultra is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the application can be fully turned on with 8 cores for cold start. For the 23mm-equivalent main camera, the iQOO 12 Pro is 3x, the vivo X100 Pro is 4.3x (actually captures the 50MP in the center of the OV64B), and the vivo X100 Ultra is 3.7x.

For the native focal length, the longer the focal length, the better the detail (nonsense), so directly turn on the native magnification, and the picture details should be: X100 Pro> X100 Ultra> iQOO 12 Pro ↓

After the light is weakened, the high-pixel mode of the vivo X100 Ultra telephoto seems to have been changed to "shaker + multi-frame synthesis", and there is not much difference between the 50 million pixel mode and the 200 million pixel mode.

At 10x, the iQOO 12 Pro looks the clearest, but there are already obvious traces of AI borrowing (look at the penultimate air conditioner ↑, the shape is already different from the actual one), and the noise control is not as good as its two big brothers.

X100 ProYou can also see a little trace of AI on the balcony railing, but the vivo X100 Ultra, which has a slightly shorter focal length, relies on the advantage of outsole and pixels, retaining more real picture details.

If you click on the big picture, you will find that the roof in the lower right corner of the picture has a vertical bar???? Although the 200 million pixel mode has more noise, it is indeed the first time that a device has captured this level of detail.

The Vivo X100 Ultra is slightly faster than the X100 Pro, and the high-pixel mode is noticeably faster. In the ultra-wide angle and main capture view, the telephoto is also involved in things such as metering (as the telephoto lens can occasionally be perceived to be moving like focus).

Ultra-wide: Because the angle of view of the lens is significantly larger, the firmware now sharpens less, so even if the sensor becomes larger, the center and edge resolution will inevitably decrease (larger angle of view, the same 12.5 million pixels). High EQ: X100 Pro's JN1 is terrifying to the extreme. Harm, the ultra-wide angle of "heavy pixel and light focus" is obviously very suitable for OV64B, but there is no manufacturer doing this, which is a pity.

Main camera: I don't know if it's vivo's algorithm, or because of the credit of vivo V series image chips, X100 Ultra and X100 Pro, this Dimensity 9300 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 IMX989/LYT-900, white balance, metering, details, etc. are very similar, not at all like two different chip platforms.

The X100 Ultra mainly has 2x and 3x cropping, and the details in high-pixel mode are stronger, and the highlight/shadow/edge control will be a little stronger (really a little). In addition, the X100 Ultra's photo compression is less noticeable, and high-frequency texture detail is better preserved in photos.

The core of the 3.7x HP9 telephoto, with the advantage of large bottom + high pixels, even in the daytime, sometimes can be "3.7 times dry over 4.3 times" (the same pixel + when the light is good, the focal length is the core factor that determines the details).

Now the firmware of the engineering machine, the film rate of the 10x mode is low, and the low-light algorithm does not seem to be complete (noise reduction is not in place). Both the X100 Pro and the iQOO 12 Pro have more powerful "AI details", resulting in 10x in daylight that can only be "forced to open five or five" (the Samsung S23 Ultra really can't win 10x physical telephoto during the day).

What surprised me the most was the high-pixel mode.

In high-pixel mode, this 3.7x HP9, although the noise is more obvious, the detail of the 200 million pixel mode has reached a new level, even exceeding the "10x zoom" of the default mode, and the number of Mao Party is ecstatic. I can't help but sigh that the rendering engine of Earth Online turns out to have so many details.

vivo X100 Ultra's image part, the most regrettable thing for this beautiful boy is that the focal length is vacant from 2x to 3.7x.

The native magnification of 3.7 times is still far too much (the field of view is too small), and it is good to use it to shoot people, but it should be far away. At a normal distance of 1 or 2 meters, shoot people with 3.7 times the equivalent of 85mm, which is basically a headshot.

If the next generation is a 2.5x telephoto from 1/1.56 to 1/1.4, and then a periscope telephoto with a large aperture of about 5 to 6x, it will be a direct lore, and I will directly nail the pension, but unfortunately I can't.
