Warcraft 3: A list of 4 clans that only exist in Campaign mode, and the troops in them

In the campaign story of Warcraft 3, there are some special units, because of their imperfection, game implementation, story line advancement and other reasons forever stay in the campaign story, although their shadows can be seen in the battle mode, but there are more or less differences. This time, let's take a look at the regular 4 clan special barracks in the battle story and what kinds of troops are in it because the development of the story line is always stuck in the battle story.

Terran High Elven Barracks

Warcraft 3: A list of 4 clans that only exist in Campaign mode, and the troops in them

After Alsace led troops to capture Silver Moon City, the elven clan underwent earth-shaking changes. The elves who survived in the land of the Alsace butcher knife appeared in several large races, such as the Blood Elves, the Night Elves, and the Nagas, among which the Blood Elves (that is, one of the former High Elves) joined the Terran Alliance, which made the Battle Story of the Terran Alliance have a special barracks of the Blood Elves. In the High Elf Barracks, players can hire 3 units: Swordsmen, Archers, and Dragon Eagles.

Swordsman: In addition to the different appearances, other aspects are exactly the same as the Terran infantry in the Terran barracks, all cost 135 gold to recruit, occupy 2 populations, have 12 to 13 normal attack power, 420 health and 2 heavy armor, and can study defense (which is what we often call the top shield) skill.

Archer: Similar to the Archers of the Shadow Elves, but with some differences in attributes. The cost of recruitment is 130 gold and 10 pieces of wood, requires 2 populations, and has 16 to 18 piercing attack damage, 310 health, and 0 medium armor. Since the Terran Alliance does not have relevant technical skills, it can only improve its attack and defense by studying level technology, and it is impossible to obtain special skills such as archery and riding.

Dragon Eagle: From the perspective of model design, Dragon Eagle is actually the Dragon Eagle Knight we see in battle mode today. However, the Dragon Eagle that existed in the High Elf Barracks was much stronger. Recruiting costs 280 gold and 70 timber, and it is indeed not cheap to take up 4 people. But the piercing attack power of up to 41 to 50 points, 700 health points and 1 light armor attribute setting, combined with the same trapping skills as the wolf trooper, do give people a feeling of great value for money.

Orcs Chapter Dragon Habitat

Warcraft 3: A list of 4 clans that only exist in Campaign mode, and the troops in them

Previously, when introducing the special branch of the orcs within the orcs, I briefly introduced the existence of the dragon habitat for everyone. The beliefs of this special branch of the Evil Orcs have changed, allowing them to directly recruit red dragons into battle in the dragon's habitat.

Red Dragon: The recruitment costs 595 gold and 200 wood, taking up 8 populations. As one of the most powerful clan units in Warcraft 3, the high recruitment cost of the Red Dragon is also reasonable. The recruited Red Dragon is not bad in stats, with 48 to 81 ground chaos attack power, 48 to 72 air chaos attack power, 2200 health points and 6 heavy armor, and with two skills: devouring and spell immunity.

Undead Demon's Gate

Warcraft 3: A list of 4 clans that only exist in Campaign mode, and the troops in them

Because the undead clan in the battle story has many "alien visitors", its own combat effectiveness is also particularly strong, and the soldiers in the special barracks are naturally no exception. Demon's Gate is a special barracks similar to the units that can be summoned by Akmond's Dark Gate skill throughout the Warcraft campaign, with Demon Hounds and Doom Guardians, but the Demon's Gate also has hellfire that the Chaos Rain skill can summon.

Demon Hound: The recruitment costs 255 gold and 50 wood, occupying 4 populations. It has 24 to 27 chaos attack damage, 750 health, 200 mana and 3 heavy armor, and the attributes are really average, but the combination of mana burning skills is really a headache.

Doomsday Guard: This is similar to our usual Doomsday Guard, and also has 41 to 48 air-to-air chaos attack damage, 35 to 42 ground chaos attack damage, 1350 health, 500 mana, and 3 heavy armor. He also has 5 skills of dispel magic, war trampling, cripple, rain of fire and resistant skin, but the fly in the ointment is that there is no magic immunity skill. Recruitment costs 340 gold and 100 timber and requires 6 populations.

Hellfire: Hellfire, which ranks first in the Order of Doom in The Demon's Gate, is the same as our common Hellfire, except that it cannot be opposed to the air, but other aspects are actually more powerful than doomsday guards, and the recruitment cost is naturally higher. It costs 385 gold and 120 wood, and takes up 6 people like the Doom Guard. It has 49 to 60 Mixed Attack Damage, 1500 Health, and 6 Heavy Armor, and has three skills: Permanent Sacrifice, Spell Immunity, and Resistant Skin.
