The Korea Herald sources said the Korea FtB Commission "expects" to investigate allegations that Samsung violated advertising laws while marketing the Galaxy S22 phone line. Samsung claims that the Galaxy S22 has "the best performance ever", but it uses software for limitations.

Regulatory crackdowns may not be Samsung's only problem. Yonhap News Agency reported that South Korea's Galaxy S22 series users are preparing to file a class-action lawsuit against the company, accusing the company of misrepresenting the phone's features. According to reports, the user claimed compensation of 300,000 won (about 1,545 yuan) per person.

IT House understands that Samsung has released improvements to the issue and plans to push a software update in the near future to provide customers with a "performance first" option. Samsung also said that it will continue to listen to customers' opinions and feedback and do its best to satisfy customers.
